8I called yesterday to let the office know that I was having problems with hearing device. I received a call this morning for an afternoon appointment. My ears were cleaned of excessive wax and my hearing device was serviced. The service is outstanding.
I took my 84 year old father and the doctor was so kind from beginning to end. He took his time and explained everything and genuinely cared about helping my dad have a better quality of life.
Will at the O'Connor store in Irving is very friendly and thorough when testing your ears. His assistant is also very kind and friendly. It's always a pleasure coming here.
Talk about customer service WOW! Always top notch at the Irving location! I’ve been a customer for a long time at Livingston. My husband’s friend talked us into going to another company (UTSW) although we were happy with Livingston I went thinking I was helping with a trial study and bought an aide and had trouble with one of the microphones and found out there was no trial study. I took it back 5-6 times for the same issue within the first few months and they kept charging me even when it was under warranty. Today, I decided to go back to Livingston and they sent it off to the manufacturer as it’s under warranty for at least 2 more years and couldn’t have been nicer. They too were shocked that the other location was charging me for repairs! So honestly and integrity with Livingston at the Irving location which I love! I highly recommend Livingston!
I loved the good service! Mr. Will & Tracy were so helpful! I went in for an ear wax removal, in less than an hour, I could hear so much better! 10/10 for sure will come back! Thank you!

Very nice staff, the gentleman was very nice and polite. My mom is 84 years old, and she felt very comfortable having him work on her hearing aids.
