The front office staff has changed. The new staff are rude, inconsistent, incompetent, and have a huge learning curve. The front office staff is in need of training of phone ethics, customer ethics and job training.
The office called to have me drop off my hearing aids for the annual device's check.
The hearing aids sat in the Athens Livingston hearing aid office for 12 weeks before they were mailed for the device check. "I" called, and the hearing aids were available after 15 weeks. During pickup I was handed a box with my hearing aids and one simple word "here".

I have never met a person more dedicated to helping someone as Dr. Fredrick's and his wife. He spent a couple hours with my husband to make sure he was fitted with the right hearing aid in our price range. For his life style. And also gave him a loner to try to be sure it was what he wanted. We have been truly blessed to have met him and his wife. I strongly urge anyone who needs a hearing aid go see Dr. Fredrick's.

Robert and Chrissy Fredericks are very professional, helpful, and friendly. Robert did a great job of explaining my condition, the reasons behind it, and my options for hearing aids. I left there with a smile on my face.

They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They explained my hearing loss to me and what to.expect from hearing aids when properly set. Would highly recommend them. I have been to other places and was not pleased.
