LKQ Pick Your Part - Houston SW

My two stars are because this business is not accommodating for its customers. The main service is pick your part but they no longer have anyone to answer the phone and confirm prices. It keep saying prices are online but I only see the car I have at one location 40min away with no prices. You might drive a hour and they are too expensive now you waisted a hour drive with whatever is wrong with your car

Everything is very expensive, they want to give things at autozoone prices, everything is very expensive.

Called multiple times and after a long wait once they answered i was asking about parts and they just hung up

Correct the schedule because I came and they opened until 9: 30, not before, and there was a gigantic queue, and feed the staff because they treat the public poorly.

This use to be a good spot for me to look for parts but most of the staff that was informative and honest people have all left or fired. Like stated they won't tell you the added cost, body parts are to overpriced,
And the staff are well aware of everything happening except a few.

Staff was basically useless n dem females at the window gotta go. Id say if you wanna take out your anger on the junk this is the perfect spot!

This place is a ripofff their prices are insanely high your better off buying new. A headlight was going to cost me 70.00$ I ended up buying both sides brand new on eBay for 99.00 thanks for nothing you guys used to be good but not anymore.
