Commodore was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about the different flooring options and was very patient with us while we made our decisions. He also went above and beyond to meet our super fast timeline. Overrall very happy with our experience so far. Install is starting Monday and we can’t wait for the final result!

Joe was Great. He is very good at what he does. And he is super patient. Which really helped us when attempting to make a decision. We went in with 4 different flooring ideas. He listened to our comments as my brother and I discussed pro's and con's and suggested 2 other options. We went with the 2nd suggestion. Definitely recommend LL Flooring Hurst. Ask for Joe!

I went to the store in Hurst on July 12,21 to buy transitional pieces for my laminate flooring. They had them at another store which was far from me &they could be shipped, which would not have met the deadline of my project. The assistant manager Joseph T. Saw how devastating it was to me and ensured me he would come on his day off tomorrow and I will have the merchandise. I have never seen such exceptional customer service provided to me and I’m beyond grateful and thankful to Joseph and all of his staff for their help. This is not the first time I have shopped there and definitely not the last. The people and the humanity is what makes the difference in life!

Ordered flooring from this location and they told me everything would be in last Thursday. Missing pieces for staircase and found out it was never shipped. Had contractors lined up to start on a specific day and took time off work based off their date of delivery. Then yesterday was told they would over night it til me so I would have today and still no product. I would not recommend this location nor would I schedule work until all materials have been delivered by this lying company. Awful customer svc. Talked to Richard sales mgr and seemed like he could care less.

On hold for 20 mins with customer service only for an automated voice to tell me it will call me back. Just trting to confirm delivery of flooring I purchased. Great on selling you the product not so great on the customer service.
