LL Flooring (Lumber Liquidators), Killeen TX

I bought and ordered a butcher block cabinet top to be delivered (which I paid for) to my house that was under construction. After about a month with no word from them, I called and was told it was there at the local store in their back storage. Apparently, they had been sitting on it for a few weeks.

I explained to them that I needed it by the end of the week in order that construction wouldn’t be interrupted They said it was not a problem and scheduled a time.

The day came and went with no delivery. When I called, they gave me the number of the delivery driver, who was apparently a third party vendor. I called him and he said he was too busy to deliver it. After some discussion, he agreed to deliver the top by the end of the next day. I waited at the construction site for 4 hours. No delivery. And low and behold, the driver would not return any of my calls.

So I called the office back and spoke with several people. They said they could schedule it for the next week. Understanding that construction of my house was on hold because of this delay, no one at LL Flooring cared.

In the end, my husband had to take his trailer all the way to Killeen to pick the top up.

At no point did anyone at LL Flooring show any concern or compassion about the fact that their company not only didn’t follow through on their commitment to deliver their product but it took almost two months for the Top to reach me!

This is a terrible place to do business with. Please, go somewhere- anywhere - else.

What is the point of saying on your automated machine please leave a message and then get transferred like your in a holding pattern. So I have had a lot of good experience with LL flooring until I ordered a freaking transition strip. Just one. And here I am 2. + months later and keep getting the run around of maybe, sorry, we will call you back. They have my money and I cannot sell house, literally until I get that 108.00 piece. I’ve been so dang patient up until I was told it will be for delivered yesterday. And now I have been transferred so many times everyone is closed. Good job on customer service. Btw I have been on hold for 30 minutes waiting for a rep or machine to let me leave a message.

I called ahead of time about pricing because we just moved and are 2hours away. We had seen online and wanted to verify. When I arrived at the store I was informed the price is actually. 24 cents higher per sq.ft. Well for that price I could have saved 4 hours of driving, fuel and cost. Not happy. And we lowered the amount and will go elsewhere for our future 3 projects including home.

Charles Crosslet was absolutely wonderful. I walked in not expecting to find anything and found just what I needed. Charles was very professional and patient. I hope to do more business with this company.

Have bought flooring from them twice. Still, research flooring properties on the internet before walking into any store to buy. Their prices are good.

I'm shopping around for wood floor I went to three different places just to get a rough estimate I highly suggest going to this place it will save you the time and money for upgrading your floors

We went in for a specific item and had a couple of questions. They were very helpful and didn't bully us into buying any extra stuff we didn't need. We priced other places and they were lowest by far! They had what we needed in stock too! Convenient and friendly

My wife and I went to the store not really knowing what we wanted. Our salesman by the Storm was very helpful. We were in the store for approximately two hours. He did not rush us nor did he seem bothered, while offering great suggestions. If you're looking for a great experience when choosing flooring we highly recommend him.

My husband and I will take on a floor make-over project soon, we have been to the Killeen store to talk to Storm twice now, and we can't wait to get started on our project. Storm is so knowledgeable and helpful! The customer service is awesome! Thank you very much for taking care of customers the way you do.

Top of the line service! The service by this top is incredible. They have a spot for kids to hang out. They are informed and help guide you through what the best options are. My contractor also said they were the best in the area he had worked with. I can not recommend them enough!
