I’m rating this a 3 star due to installation issues. The store was great. The sales team was friendly and helpful and the selection was not bad. I found a flooring I loved. We had issues with the floor from the manufacturer and had to wait another couple weeks for another shipment. We replaced all the floors in the house.
My issues were
1) I purchased a named brand leveling compound in bags from the flooring company. I found the crew putting my bags in their work trucks and using some other brand. When asked about it they said theirs were better. After looking it them up I found that may not be the truth as my bags cost quite a bit more. But who knows.
2) The crew left but did not leave me one extra piece of shoe mold or one box of extra flooring. I know they didn’t use it all. I paid for all that flooring. I took photos of the shoe mold that was left after install expecting to have extras.

They have a decent selection and the prices are competitive. However, I went in there the other day with my wife. They had some obnoxious, loud music playing. She remarked that is was quite loud, too which the salesman shrugged, as if to say, "too bad". We left shortly after.

The sales people at the store are very knowledgeable and courteous, especially Joseph. The installers were wonderful. Every step of the way they explained what they were doing the lamanant floors look beautiful.

Ok since it was my first visit there. Was expecting something on a bit of a larger showroom considering the commercials I've seen.

Prices were good! Service was terrible! Selection was terrible! I don't recommend this place. Go to GEDS!

Good selection. Great assistance. We were able to match our much older tile due to the wide selection.

Received quote on Saturday to pay and pick up on Sunday. Sunday manager wasn’t aware of the transaction details nor would he call the manager that I initially spoke with to confirm what I was telling him we spoke about. Then he told me he didn’t sell the transition boards for the product I ordered but I was given a quote for it on Saturday. After I showed him the one the Saturday manager was quoting me on he changes his story. He refused to try and find a way to rectify the situation and never tried to deescalate the situation. He had a complete lack of concern for the customer and the sale. I asked for a refund and he quickly did so. It definitely appeared that he didn’t want to sell the product to a person of color and I really dislike having to pull that card. However I have no problem NOT giving my money to someone who doesn’t want it.
