I love this place. The staff were really helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. They knew about flooring that had been out of production for years. It's hard to beat this place for prices and service.

Great experience buying our flooring. We had quoted at several different flooring places but attention and pricing was unbeatable here. Will, who took care of us at this location, was super helpful and answered ALL our questions (I’m an exhaustive researcher so I appreciated his patience).

You may have to visit this store twice!
Go on their website and view the types and variety of flooring, products, and current sales.
First visit: Drive over to the store with a friend or spouse and take notes, photos, ask questions, or maybe purchase a sample.
Drive home and let it all soak in over a good night's rest. Than narrow down and compare a few products and colors and/or select one you want.
Second visit: Look at the larger flooring samples under lighting conditions (ceiling lights in display room versus a large product warehouse space).
Ask for a few 12"x24" samples to be moved off the racks and set on the aisle floor, and also in the aisle by the south window.
Many home owners can do the installation themselves. I though needed and found an experienced contractor.
My open living, dining and kitchen area floor replacement will start in about 3 weeks!

Joe was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to help us locate the flooring we needed to match what we have, securing it for us in another store, and calling us back to confirm.

The worst, don't be fooled by their prices, the installation costs more than make up for it. They are half again as much as other we priced.

Very cordial when purchasing. However, the displays in the store DID NOT MATCH what was delivered to our home. Be sure to open a box and lay out the contents before you start the install. We discovered this scam too late. Also, the installer did a horrible job with the quarter round molding and were asked to redo it. The supervisor came and agreed it was sloppy, said he would send a crew to redo it, then NEVER CAME BACK. The company then went into denial mode and we’re stuck with the wrong color floor, and amateur hour installation. Avoid this Chinese owned ripoff of a company and get your flooring from someplace local and decent. Do your homework!
