First of all LLF has an overall great customer experience they are friendly and have low prices. The best part though was far in the future after my purchase. I was able to explain why I hadn't used my baseboard and that it was the wrong size, but according to their policy I only had 60 days to return. That didn't matter to my man Angel, he was willing to help me and avoided me having material that I couldn't use and spending twice as much money.

Although they didn't have what I needed the guy was willing to look it up at other stores for me even though I came 10 minutes to close. Will go back.

Little pricey if you don't want the really cheap stuff that doesn't last. You either pay a lot or really low for cheap easy scratch laminate. No in between. Did not make a purchase.

This was the best experience ever.
To be honest I was reluctant to go to LL because I thought it would be poor quality with big box service, Boy was I wrong. The customer service and attention to detail could not have been better. Justin took such good care of us, helped us pick the right floor and figure out the amount needed. When I had questions he was there to answer them and he remembered who we were.
Every step of the way this was a pleasurable experience. The floor looks great and we got a great quality floor for a reasonable price. Definitely go check them out.

Lots of options, easy to replace broken tiles, financing, good prices and great sales. I've made 2 mahor purchases from them and am, so far, happy with both.

Very nice a knowledgeable staff. Excellent customer service. Got a better product for a lower cost than any of the other stores.
