LL Flooring reviews
8Had a great experience! They helped me find flooring for my business and for my home. They took their time to answer all my questions and made great suggestions.
Person that helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly and we appreciated her help as she was able to match the floor to the one we had bought five years ago. Floor looks awesome. We are very happy with our
Good service, great deal on vinyl flooring, but the product we got for the underlayment was stuck together. They were ripping apart when my husband tried to lay them on the floor.
Absolutely love this location and its associates, especially Oscar. He has been super helpful with my LARGE flooring project. He is knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I’d recommend LL Flooring and this location to anyone in the market for new floors, or any flooring needs- they sell all types of flooring accessories including cleaning products and baseboards.
Hands down the worst customer experience of my life and the biggest financial mistake of my life. My home is destroyed until I can afford to spend another 30 to 40 thousand dollars replacing this floor. Not sure if there is enough room to explain all that has gone wrong. The installers were unprofessional and likely fraudulent in their estimate. At one point I was actually breaking up fights between the installers. After meticulously walking the installer around my house showing him how uneven my floor was he underbid the leveling of the floor by around 600%. After tearing my house apart he "very generously" offered to cut me a side deal for half price on the 3rd demand for more money for leveling the floor so it could be properly installed, if I paid him cash right then. They would not have even bothered to install the floor properly if we hadn't been inspecting and reinspecting as the job progressed. One area had to be redone 3 times. So fights, demands for more and more money, having to purchase some material myself because they didn't even have it at the store, damage to my walls, ceiling and furniture and that isn't even the worst of this experience. They didn't mention how much this was going to lower my floors from the tile I had before which has left me with door trim and doors that don't touch the floor, when I asked why he didn't mention this when I was talking to him about installation he said, we don't do that, which meant sure I knew that this was going to leave you with a house full of doors and trim with big gaps revealing raw edges of flooring that aren't seaedl to anything, but I don't make money off that so why would I. The floor boards are loose in areas where they didn't level properly, where they repeatedly had to replace boards in the kitchen because they scratched it sliding the refrigerator across the floor twice, then left my refrigerator full of food unplugged. Many badly joined areas. Had to be called back repeatedly to finish areas. Did a terrible job caulking baseboards and joining them at corners. Over estimated the boards and trim I needed by about 2000 worth of material which I had to load into 2 SUVs and drive an hour back to El Paso from Las Cruces so I could recoup that money. Didn't clean when they left. Left a hazy film all over the floors in main living area that has taken weeks to remove and damaged the floor. And to top it all off these floors scratch pretty easily. I purposely bought a floor with the highest protective coating offered and it looks terrible. This is our retirement home after 29 years in the military. It is a daily reminder that it will take me years to recover from this disaster. I saved absolutely no money going with LL Flooring over more expensive quotes from local flooring companies who clearly knew better what they were doing. I wake up and look around knowing I am out tens of thousand of dollars, sick to my stomach at the stress and financial costs of this experience. Save yourself, take time, save up and go with local company with more knowledge, better customer service and more professional installers. Also didn't properly reinstall closet doors, almost all of which are now damaged, one fell on me and almost knocked me unconscious. Wish pictures could show you all the scratches on the floor.
And in reply to your reply, though your third party contract is an incompetent crook. Your staff at your store did absolutely nothing but bemoan what a horrible experience this was for me and make empty promises to do something to make it right. When I asked if they could at least help get the piles of overestimated materials back to the store they said they couldn't.
LL carries a wide variety of products. With the help of Benjamin, I was able to make an informed decision on purchasing floor for a bedroom. He was also very helpful with the materials needed to complete the floor project.
This company has a nice selection of Engineered wood and other LVPs - the staff is knowledgeable about the products. They have an installer they work with and he contacted me soon after my visit. That tells me a lot about their internal business process- very impressed with them!
Good place good people here. Very helpful and patient ready and happy to help you if you need. I like that it wasn't annoying with salesmen vibes like floor and decor. You can find great flooring for a good price here as well. If you're buying vinyl plank ask for samples and just do the break test on the snap-in points and you're golden.
