I am having the hardest time even giving this dealership one star. Yes, purchasing the boat was easy, because it was a sale for them. We purchased our new boat august 2021. We purchased a ski pole for somewhere around $1200, that was on “back order” but would arrive with in a month or so. Fast forward a year - my husband was pushed off, avoided, ignored and we never got our ski pole. We have since moved away from the lake and asked for our pole to be refunded (15 months later) and crickets. Always “the boss (idk his name) will call you he’s off this week”… over and over. I’m irritated. And we now have our boat in storage so cancelled our insurance as it is not on a lake… we received a refund of $577 for our gap insurance from them and I thought, “wow they actually did something right! ” And today just got notification from our bank that the check DID NOT CLEAR! I am so angry with this company- they owe us $1200’for a ski pole that was never delivered and $577 for a gap insurance refund we had paid. FRAUDS, shiesty. I would NEVER allow anyone I know to work with this dealership.

Amazing customer service from the service desk and the sales department. I have used their service department many times from basic engine service to installs of electronics and trolling motors and they are always great. The service counter people are friendly and knowledgeable and the techs in the shop are top notch. I just bought my second Skeeter from them and Jill in sales went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the purchase. Jill and the service crew don't just sell you something and forget about you, they follow up with calls to make sure you are satisfied and if there is a problem they work to get it handled to your satisfaction. They have won me over as a customer for life for any of my marine needs.

Not only is LMC Marine a great place to work, but it’s a great place to buy a boat. Since I’ve worked here I’ve never seen a group of people work so hard and go out of their way to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase. Definitely a 5 star business!

Took way to long to sign papers, didn't do the inspection that they said the did, then don't tell your customers everything works when it doesnt

Felt like family. Jill walked us through every step with knowledge and patience. She made us feel very important. Love our boat and it was probably the least pricey one in the dealership. Felt like we were buying a yacht. Everything was perfect from Sales to pulling out their driveway. Oh, and no surprise on pricing. The quote we received was exactly what we paid. Two happy customers. Sales staff very helpful. My Father who has trouble hearing found Lmc sales staff to be very helpful and work with him though out the process in buying a new outbord for his boat. After the purchase of the motor we found the service manager to be very rude and disrespectful to our needs when we had to bring the boat back in for service this individual may not be there now this was 3 years ago hopefully they have fired him. I would not recommend getting your boat service there.

Very disappointed with our 90 day old 2022 Harris 270 Grand Mariner. Tricky sales approach followed up by a boat that can’t stay together. Beware of the extra dose of kindness and meaningless conversation after they’re paid.

Very knowledgeable staff including Finance, service/make ready guys. State of the art Facility that’s conveniently Located on the North side of Houston. Great experience, I’ll be back!
