I keep getting spoof calls from this company. I have never applied for any product with LoanDepot; however they keep calling and calling from all different numbers. I have even reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I am on the National do not call list. They still continue to call. The few times I did answer the person just hangs up on the other end. I just want the harassing calls to stop, as I do not want to do any business with them. I’m not even sure how they got my number.

Tamie has been absolutely wonderful helping us on our move. We are senior citizens and not the most tech savvy.

Sheila was very prompt with getting back with me and answering any questions my father and I had, until the offer was accepted. Then, answers to questions were very GRAY, and unexplainable and FALSE. The process felt very professional and comfortable until after the offer was accepted and then it went down hill from there. Nothing they had been saying the entire time was correct. I feel as if the company has misled me and set me up for failure. I would definitely not recommend to anyone especially first time home buyers, in which they credit themselves for being great for first time home buyers. Although I am grateful for the opportunity to become a first time home owner, I will just be looking to refinance with another mortgage company in the future.

Jeanette is very nice and is very helpful. If Jeanette doesn’t have an answer she will find out and call me back. Great customer service.

Everything. Until they sold out my loan to some Noname mortgage company. I'm still trying to figure out how to pay my first mortgage payment so I don't go into default.

Tammie my loan officer was great she took care of all the paperwork and walked me through the process. She made everything possible for a quick close.

I highly recommend William Cobb to anyone who is going through a home purchase because he and Loan Depot are the best. William Cobb was very helpful with the process of buying our home and was always willing to answer questions and allay our concerns. His help with this process allowed us to buy our forever home, and we truly appreciate "everything" he helped us with!

Our loan guy was nice at first, but he turned out to be extremely rude and condescending. This process took FOREVER and they made us jump through about a million and a half hoops to finally process the loan. I would never suggest using this company.
