Went to go payoff a loan and spoke to Jay before going, at the store they tried to take my payment to payoff and they wouldn't release the title. Spoke to Ray the manager and he stated that Jay was new gave wrong info over the phone. Bad training on staff and bad manager experience

I just moved to the San Antonio area and the move put a pretty big dent in my pocket so I went in today and was surprised when told I actually qualified for more than what i needed (didn’t max out my offer) but I walked out with just what I needed Maria was very helpful and the rest of the staff were all polite all in all I very well recommend coming to them if you need some emergency cash specially around holiday season….
