Jen did such a fantastic job! She was very professional and personable! She made sure I was happy, satisfied, and understood everything from cost, payments, how things worked, hours, who to contact, etc. I am well pleased. She assisted in getting the correct storage size. She even stayed on the phone to makse sure I had access to everything. She invited me to come if I wanted her to give me a walk-thru! She gave e the hours to would be there and who would be able to assist after she left. Thank Jen, you were great!

No hassle renting. Had to have a large unit and they were the only ones that had one available. 187.00 seemed steep but when you have to have storage you have to have storage.they are clean and secure but 2 hrs from where we moved to. Went up on rent to 204.00 Dec 1st. Prorated move in but would not prorate move out. So I ended up paying 204.00 for the month. Couldn't get moved out by the 15th. Moved out on the 18th. Guess I should've just held off on paying for Dec.but I pay my bills on time. The only gripe I have is they should prorate if you don't need the whole month.

I had a climate control unit. Everything was clean and my stuff was in the same condition coming out as it was when it went in, meaning, there wasn’t a problem with rodents, mold, or mildew. Great customer service too!

The lady in the storage was very helpful and kind. Storage was clean and big enough for all my stuff. They have good discounts too.

Very pleased. I rented for a few years and their site was always clean - gates worked well - DRY - with friendly staff. I never had one problem with my unit. Paying automatically or online was great as well. Yes, that’s where I’ll rent next time.

Jennifer, the representative was professional and made the process easy. The unit was dirty, spider webs and cob webs. I had to purchase Home Defense and spray the unit down but before doing that had to take jugs of water and a broom and scrub the unit down. I would have refused the unit but I was in need of the unit at the time of rental. I cannot believe the unit was rented out in this condition. I have rented space before and never have I had this problem. This is awful. Everything was done over the phone, so I could not inspect the unit first. If you are renting a unit, I suggest you inside it first.

The lady that is running the store is super nice and very helpful and friendly. We have rented several times and the lady is always super sweet.

The Manager was very nice and helpful went above and beyond her duties to assist us this is a place you should store your belongings.

I only used this storage place to store my Harley Davidson. There was a steep hill going up to the door. I wasn’t able to get my bike out by myself which became a problem for me to have to get assistance with each time I wanted to ride it. Other than that I never had any problems with anyone there and the lady who lives there is very kind. It is a 24/7 access which is really nice but on long riding days I felt bad because my bike is very loud and I didn’t want to wake up the lady who lives onsite when taking it back to storage. I would recommend this place, just be sure to ask for a storage unit that doesn’t have a hill if storing your bike.
