Alyssa at Lockaway Storage on Richmond Road made the process incredibly easy for leasing and moving in. The units are new, clean and affordable. We are very pleased with everything there.
Have 2 units and one leaks and was told it would be repaired, almost 3 weeks ago. Still wet and some of my merchandise ruined. Doors are very hard to roll up. Yet they keep going up on rental fee
Left a dresser in the unit when I moved. Was harassed both over the phone and email claiming that it was illegal dumping. Spoke to a friend that's an attorney and he said they are lying. Blocked them from my phone. Finally quit harassing me.
They locked one of our buildings twice. The 1st time wasn't their fault. The second time it was. When the guy came to unlock it he had his phone to his ear, and his back to me! He never said a word to me, then walked off! How rude! We have been there for several years but have cleared out all of our rooms! We are done!
I do not like the new owners. Their customer service is terrible. They want to charge you to use the dumpster when you are already paying for a storage unit from them. You can't ever get anyone to answer the phone. They have been horrible to deal with after my mom passed away in changing my moms storage out of her name into mine and my brothers name. We provided them a death certificate. We paid for her storage unit, plus they over charged us $110 then wanted to credit our account and still can't get into the storage building! We just want to get our stuff out of the storage building as soon as possible and then we will NEVER EVER deal with cubesmart again.
