I have several storage units between san antonio and Austin. This is THE location I would tell people to run from.

Great customer service took the time to explain the ins and outs of climate control vs external. Multiple walk throughs and showing of units. Took the time to ensure we made the right choice. Secure and clean facility with camera monitoring. Would reccomend to any one in San Antonio

So I came to this location off Rittiman and met two amazing people (Miss Sonia and Liz) who gave world class customer service! I was looking at a couple of nearby storage facilities and chose this one because of these kind and friendly folks. They were very patient with me as I had many questions and concerns. They took the time to answer and kindly address ALL my inquiries with professionalism and class! Keep up the great work and thank you for your service! *****HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This place has been perfect for me and my roommates it's been rough through break ups moving and even a death in my in my family it's good to know at least we're I put my stuff I feel safe

Front desk lady was super nice and helpful ; I love my brand new storage! She told me about the promotion they had about leaving a good review and getting a free lock.

Ms. Naomi was a very cheerful and helpful person who made the membership process extremely easy.

Well maintained property. Two recommendations: 1. Change locks for the restrooms to use codes so renters can use them? 2. Give renters access to a trash can; can't throw anything away, even small amount of trash.

I came here to get a storage last minute and the two ladies here were very kind and helpful. I’d definitely recommend anyone to get a storage at this location. It’s very clean and the Bluetooth access is pretty cool.

Sonja has world class managerial skills and treated us like kings! We showed up and explained our storage needs and Sonja immediately showed the different units to meet our needs! Long story short she is very professional, and very friendly and got us exactly what we needed! If you need a unit she is a star!

Sonja and mallory were very helpful and welcoming. Very polite, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They are not just storage rooms. This place hold memories, valuables and new beginning. That the experience I had when gathering information from these two professional. My belonging will be cared for after walking around touring each unit. I know my money is being invested well here at lock-away storage.
