This is the best place hand's down to store your stuff. Go see Denise she is Amazing and a total LifeSaver. She has helped me in more ways then 1. She is the Best Person and has amazing customer service skills. She cates about her customers. And she tries to help you as much as she can and she will work with you. If it wasn't for her I don't know what I would do. But seriously if you want a secure place to store your personal belongings lock a way storage is the place e to go.

They charge a 24.00 admin fee so your free month is not really free. When speaking to them on the phone they will say they are waiving the fee and then try to take your free month away from you. This company will do anything to not give you your free month. The employee first stated she was the manager and then when she couldn't do what I was requesting said she needed to get it approved by a manager. She put me on hold and then hung up on me. She didn't try to call back. This is not a company I would do business with.
Terrible storage raised prices twice this last year.
Staff also lie about prices.
They opened my unit without my consent even though I was fully paid cut my lock and some off my tools went missing.
Beware.
