Locker Room Haircuts, San Antonio TX

I’ve been going here for almost 2 years and the quality of cuts just keeps getting worse and worse. I think I get a pretty easy haircut skin fade and a trim on top but every time I go my wife has to fix the multiple spots they miss during the cut and they never actually do a SKIN fade gonna have to find somewhere else to go from now on.

This place is the best. Very nice hairstylist. They just don't cut your hair and throw you to the curb. They actually care about their customers!

Had myself checked in online to show up at 4: 42. Showed up at 4: 39 to find the door locked already despite them closing at 6, and yet online it still shows they’re open. This place used to kickass, but never again will they get my money.

If you need a good cut from a pro ask for Bri! She did a Grrrrrreat job on my son's and my haircut as well does what you ask for and gives good recommendations!

Great cuts but staff limits the posted hours. Also the rotating of people makes it difficult to get the same person each week but it's still a quality cut regardless.

After being turned away because you "weren't taking anymore for the day". (Time: 16: 50). Then, I spent some time looking on your website where it says you stop taking clients after a certain time. Couldn't find anything on it. As an aireal firefighter, it's not often I can even get away to get a haircut. Then to be turned away like this definitely puts me off to coming here again. It's a real shame too. I use to get really good haircuts here.

Awesome place to get a haircut high quality barbers. Did mine and my brothers hair for fair price I would definitely recommend going there to get your haircut.

Bri was amazing. She helped us fix a cut and was super personable and kind. We will definitely be requesting her moving forward.

I used to have no issues going here. Every person working could give a really good cut. Now, there are at least two individuals (one really bad. Basically gave me a bowl cut when I asked for a high and tight.) that don't know how to cut hair properly. Not to mention she complains about being at work and about her co-workers almost the whole time.

I've been going here for years, and am happy with their work most of the time. Lately they have been severally understaffed so the wait times have been very long. I recommend booking an appointment online first. Free beer too which is nice!

My son loves coming to this location for his haircut. He’s been coming here for 4-5 years. Great service!

FYI dont show up as a walk in they will push your time back and take other customers that sign in online. SIGN in online or waste your time

I have used Locker Room Haircuts for my boys in Leon Springs many times with no problems. Today I was in a different part of the city so I checked in online to the Potranco location. I followed the website timer and ran errands. About 20 minutes out we went in.

The lady behind the counter told me she had no record of my check in. I showed her my phone. 'She sure did check in, " another clerk to the assistant manager. They then informed me that sometimes it doesn't show up on their end and they would add me to the list but I'd be on the bottom, and now the wait time was an hour.

This was confusing to me as they obviously saw I checked in and had a spot in line. Whether or not it was on their computer seemed moot at this point. Just put me in the order. Well, no, this would be "unfair" to everyone else. "Why? " I asked? I've been waiting too. It's unfair to me your system is flawed and I'm being punished.

I told them this was a good way to lose business and left. Just as I walked to my car the system caught up with the demands of the day and informed me it was time to head in for my haircut. Ha. Yeah right. After that treatment? About 30 minutes ago they texted me asking if I was coming in for my cut. ‍️

I had a great experience! I was nervous because it was my first time trying this place and the first time getting a certain style of cut. Alyssa did a great job. I’ll definitely be going back!

I even went back today to get some product for my hair! I’ve never done that!

Bri always does amazing cuts as long as the rest of the staff there! Can’t wait for full service post covid! Always a pleasure coming here and gettting a cut exactly how I like it! Thanks Bri and staff!

Their online check-in system straight up doesn't work. 66 min wait, turned into 90 min wait, then into 120+ min. Never going back.

Apparently a high fade means a 1 on the right side and a fade on the other, couldn't even admit she messed up, won't be coming back.
