I’ve got really long curly hair, close to the middle of my back and Berlyn did a fantastic job trimming it up. Place has a great vibe and very reasonable prices.

This is the place to get your haircut around here! The girls that work here are absolutely amazing people who strive to achieve the customer's satisfaction. The atmosphere is always relaxed & accompanied by a great sense of humor! As if that isn't enough, they also provide adults the chance to wind down with a refrigerator stocked with cold beer & a variety of soda pop for those who don't drink alcohol. Free of charge! It's a win/win if you ask me!

They book you buy phone and when you arrive grab a cold one and they cut shampoo and they work on beards too Dain does a fantastic job every time I go there

I just want to say iam from El paso and have had a hard time finding a good barber, until I finally got ahold of Lanah. If you need a good clean Hair cut Locker Room is the place to go, make sure to ask for Lanah she will pamper you and make sure your haircut is on point!

I don't mind if a business doesn't take walk-ins, but when you say you do, but don't is when I have to question the professionalism of the shop. Three potential customers, myself included, were left waiting for half an hour in the lobby only to be told that they would not be able to provide us service. Despite the lack of diligence, this probably wouldn't annoy me as much if I didn't call ahead to check if walk-ins were accepted, and was told that they were and that I could be seen.

Maybe I expected too much out of this place?

Clean, professional and an overall great experience. Stylist are amazing and provide the best cuts in town! There was hardly any wait and the atmosphere is outstanding. Definitely recommend going and seeing Paige and the other stylist there for all your hair, beard needs.

Their system for checking in online needs a complete overhaul. I’ve been getting my hair cut there for the past 1.5 years and I’ve never gotten an accurate time to show up. You can’t plan around getting your haircut like you should be able to. It’s told me 10 min wait and I show up and I’m 5 down the last with at least an hour wait before. I’ve had it tell me “show up now”, while I’m in the store, and it’s still 30-40 min wait. It’s ridiculous and a complete waste of time. The only reason I gave it more than 1-star is because the haircut is usually pretty good. Stylists are solid, management needs to fix that check in system.

In reply to the owners “we assure you we’re working on it” comment. No you aren’t! This has been an ongoing problem, mentioned through multiple reviews for the past, at least, 1.5 years. It doesn’t take that long to fix an issue like this if you’re “working on it”. That’s the industry cop-out for, “I want them to think I’m doing something about it so I look good, but in reality I’m just gonna let it ride because I’m not really losing to much business over it”.

They give you an arrival time and out of nowhere delay it by 45 minutes! Suggested for me to arrive at 5: 02 now it's says to arrive at 5: 47. I'm a mom and I work around a strict schedule. I don't have time for EXTREME delays such as this. This is not the first time either. Get a better/more accurate booking system. This is unacceptable.

Great place to get a cut. It's better to reserve a spot online, the wait can be long, but they've got free beer!

Always different stylist, , customer service is very poor, hours of operation always changing. Today November 6th business is closed for the day. No sign showing why! Myself and my son were valuable customers after today we are no longer customers. We are so disappointed.
