Lockhart Jonathan C MD reviews
4Doesn’t make the availability to properly care for patients. An appointment was rescheduled and pushed back a month then rescheduled again on their side to push it back further after being put on a new medication. Despite calling and requesting a visit asap due to how patient was feeling, they ignored the fact they NEEDED to be helped. Highly don’t recommend if you’d like to get actual help. They’re worried about getting money only and that’s why they don’t work with insurance companies. This office should not play with people’s mental health.
I have been Dr Lockhart’s patient for approximately eight years and I can guarantee you he is definitely not all about the money. I’m sure he makes a good living but he works all day, every day to make sure his patients are well taken care of. I for one don’t know what I’d would have done or what would have happened to me if he hadn’t accepted me as a patient. I completely trust him with my mind and my well-being. I’m sure if each of you were fortunate enough to become his patient and get to know him you would feel the same way I do. My treatment has not always been easy buy I have no doubt he always has my best interest at heart. He’s kind, patient and very professional. He also listens which is a big plus for me. I recommend him completely without reservation and if you ever need help he’s the best!
I would not recommend anyone to go here. I gave it one star because I can’t go any lower. This practice is only interested in money and not helping people, especially when they really need it. My husband suffers from PTSD and they cause harm to him. When he made his appointment, the woman on the phone told him that it would be Thursday, Oct. 5th. He repeated it and wrote it down. She said yes Thursday of next week. He did not focus on the date but when focused on the word Thursday. He also had to pay $250 in advance. We drove 45 minutes to get to Longview and called to get directions. He was told then that his appointment was actually on Wednesday. He was a little upset, but tried to reschedule it. He was told that if you miss your first appointment, they don’t reschedule nor would they refund any part of our money. It was an honest mistake (mostly their on their part). He pleaded with the woman on the phone at first because he needs help. Then he got angry, triggering his PTSD. Honestly, I don’t care about the money. I would have gladly paid another $250 to reschedule it. I am angry for their refusal to help and the mental anguish that my husband is going through now.
