I enjoyed the manifest your purpose 3yr celebration held at lofty spaces very spacious it's a great place to host vendor events that's what I'm interested in all entrepreneurs if your looking for a place to host a party, vendor event anything that will hold 100 to 200 if not more people Lofty spaces is the place

Don't like that the require armed security for CBD products. Ridiculous. Won't be back

I was a bridesmaid in a wedding at this venue. I feel sorry for the bride and groom as well as their family. The entire experience starting from the morning of the wedding, was terrible.
The bridal party room has no AC in it at all.
They were promised linens to use, which were not available the day of.
They were nickled and dimed to death the day of.
Sprinklers came on in the courtyard during the ceremony. One security guard had the absolute worst attitude. Words were exchanged.
So so many things were wrong and it is too much to list.
Just remember before choosing this venue for your special day, that it is a day that you can never get back.

Warehouse-like space. Great for those who may want a nice grunge-like vibe to their event.

For those that don't know, Lofty Spaces hosts the Dallas chapter of the 'Chocolate & Art Show', an art gallery type show based in California. Came here for that.

Sundress & Swag event held here. Helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of free parking. Bring your own food - large kitchen.

They only accept checks which shouldn’t be difficult for most but I work for a National organization that prefers electronic payments. Owner seemed surprised and even a little offended at the thought of giving out bank information.

On the day of event, the staff wasn’t super approachable. Had a photo booth in the contract but that wasn’t included in the invoice so didn’t have it for the day of the event and couldn’t accommodate even if we paid for the photobooth later. Admittedly, should have double checked the invoice but would have appreciated some flexibility on their end. They also didn’t have linens — again, not in the contract but might be a good addition to have on site for events. These things were inconveniences but not the end of the world.

They didn’t have a microphone or WiFi available on site. That definitely would have been nice to know. We definitely should have asked those questions before hand but it would have been nice to have that information during the booking process.

Overall, not the worst experience but given that we spent close to $3000 for the 4 hour space rental and food, there are probably venues in the area that are more economical and have better service.

Had an amazing experience. I ate chicken and waffles and a turkey leg with the fixings. I love the festivals they have here. Always can find something good to eat if you go at the right time.

I attended a charity event here and found it cozy. I'm not sure if this event hall is bigger than where the event was held, so I'm reviewing the area the event was held.

I was shocked to only see natural light in the hall area. I'm sure there's other lighting available, but this event only had natural light available. The courtyard is attractive and I could see this area being a great meeting place.

I wasn't crazy about the parking. There was only a lot across the street and it's rocky. One direction you're avoiding pot holes and the other direction you're exiting carefully to not scrape the bottom of your car. A lot of persons parked on the grass along the street.

Overall, it's a nice venue.

Seen this place on lots of events since I moved back to Dallas. Went to an Elite Experience Event here this past weekend. The event space is spacious with lots of parking. There were several booths outside of the space and inside. I went for BBQ at Cowboys BBQ23.

I have it just a squeeze lemonade I have the watermelon one first and then I mix the watermelon with a cherry

I had so much fun at the soul food festival. I am definitely going every time they have it. It was beautiful to see all the people in there. The best thing about it there was no drama at all that was such a beautiful thing. But the Passion fruit lemonade I will buy it every time I see them. I'm sad I didn't get their card but the passion fruit lemonade people if you see this please drop your website.

A small event or market space with a somewhat enclosed yard. The Southern Food Festival was here.

We visited the Dallas Soul Food Festival didn't post pics of good because wasn't worth it

Enjoyed the Soul Food Festival! They need a bigger venue, maybe the Fair Park good food good drinks!

Horrible! Terrible! Any positive reviews are from people that may have enjoyed the event that they attended but did not have to deal with the owners/managers. The negative reviews are extremely accurate. These are the most disrespectful event managers I have ever dealt with. Cussing, yelling, calling you out your name, racial statements etc. Tony (manager) acts like he doesn't want your event to succeed AT ALL! You have to bribe him with tips for simple stuff like TURNING ON THE A/C. He will turn the A/C off with a building full of people for NO REASON. Dont bother trying to talk to Bruce (The owner and Tonys brother) about your terrible experience. He will say that he has never heard anything negative about his brother. Even though SO MANY PEOPLE ARE SAYING THE SAME THING. This venue is like the twilight zone. They will not change because I guess there is not enough venues in Dallas, so people keep booking their venue. I have message screenshots of everything. May post in a different review. I'm still amazed at how awful I was treated. CRAZY!

Had a good time here as usual! I’ve attended several events here and all of them have been fun!
