The management and staff are great. The pool is a great for families and barbecue. I’m not sure why they don’t have a higher score. Nubia is the best manager and I always get the help that I need they’re the best! 6 stars ️

I am a young business professional that has been living at Logan
Mills off of William Cannon for 1 year now. I am DISGUSTED. It's full of cockroaches, the employees here WILL scam you for extra rent. This has happened to me now twice. I just payed an extra 300 dollars for rent that "didn't go through" on my credit card even though my banker said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my account.

If I could rate 0 stars I would… Homeless are able to go in and out of apartments due to opening to woods behind apartments and look through peoples cars. I’ve gotten my car broke into and all my stuff thrown out of the vehicle scattered around the parking area. Beware because this apartment will try to get every penny from you also.

The worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. When we moved in their was already a small existing roach problem that we asked help with, a man came in to check it and put some poison in straws in random spots we were seeing the roaches. No one came after to check up on it. Then the apartment unit above ours had a water heater explode and water flooded my apartment. They never fixed the water damage in the walls and air ducts. They had someone come clean carpets but that was it. The water damages cause the roach problem to skyrocket. We asked numerous times in the office and through emails to get the roach issues worked out. In the mean time we got bed bugs. We ended up having to pay out of pocket for the entire treatment. They told us the roach problem would we resolved with the bed bug treatment. That didn't happen. The roaches are still alive and thriving in our apt. We tried our own bombings and treatments but nothing was working. We had a pest technician try twice to come in to inspect it but every time he would come to our apartment it was unplanned and unannounced and would not perform the extermination. He would say our apt smells like mold (which perhaps it did from the water damage issues in our air ducts) and refused to come in for treatment. In between all of this the main manager Monica has made sure to tow my boyfriends car to the point where he had to sell it so she would leave him alone. I now drive him around Austin and he is carless. To top it all off the gate is never working and is always open so my car was stolen March 17 2013. I am still driving a rental trying to find a car to buy the same time that my lease ran up. The rent is pro rated for your last month's rent. After I paid for pro rated amount of rent for my remainder week of living here she has the nerve to post a bill on my door four days before I move saying I still owe the remainder of this month for rent. When I went into the office to ask her about it she wasn't there and the other office workers had no idea what it was for. Want to live here now?

Worst place I have ever lived. Don’t ever rent here and stay away as far as possible. Management has changed for the worse since I first moved in. They will treat you like they’re nice but in reality they don’t care and they’re full of lies. Also if you have a complaint and want to report to someone higher than the property manager they will all have each other’s backs and won’t care what you have a problem with. I was friends with a lot of people there and they had warned me after I moved out that I was going to have problems and I did. The gate is broken for the most part allowing anyone to come in whenever and this property doesn’t have it gated around the complex completely allowing homeless people to come from the woods. I’ve had my car broken into twice and had things stolen, very shady place to live, I’ve also heard knocking at my door at 3 in the morning. They will tow your car even if you put it in the system. Avoid this place! They will try to milk every penny you’ve got.

Do not move to this complex.
There is no parking and you will get towed.
They have water leaks and continually are turning off the water for hours at a time. Management is poor no compassion for its residents. MOLD MOLD MOLD! You can literally smell it as you are walking into the apartment. There are people walking around at all times of the night and making attempted break ins of the complex and the cars. Once guy hit multiple cars in a few mins time and got away. He must have been drunk.
I would never ever recommend these apartments to anyone.

Trashy apt complex that’s very tow happy. Don’t live here. Front desk customer service is trash. My apartment has roaches and broken appliances and it’s taking them MONTHS to fix anything.
Nubia at the front desk is the worst person to talk to.

I have never wrote a review on anything in my life. Logan Mill Apartments is by far the worst place to live. Do not choose this apartment complex. For starts, when I went to sign my lease I asked the lady for the cheapest apartment with an washer and dryer. She enrolled me in actually the cheapest apartment available after we clearly discussed that those must be a must. After showing up to move in, i was shocked to not see connections and asked if they could move me to the right apartment. It was a plain no, so I went on with life, people make mistakes. Today my car was towed, not only do I live there, there is not a number anywhere to find out where to go. This place has had the gate broken for months after i moved in and people always came and went, but a resident who pays rent, ON TIME, gets there vehicle towed. I would stay as far away from this complex, choose any other but this one.

Very great response time. Though it would take days for them to take care of problems that would come up, they handle it same day! And the Office staff are so polite, professional and make you feel very welcomed to be there. Great place to live.

The worst apartments I have ever lived in. I knew they were older apartments coming in but when I first moved into my apartment the unit was disgusting like they didn’t even take the time to clean it. Inside the dishwasher it smelt like something died in there. Not only that there were roaches, dead ones and live ones. When I called to let the front office know of the mess and roaches, they told me I could clean it myself with bleach and I could put a work order in for pest control. That was the start to a horrible relationship. They also towed us 3-4 times and we lived there and our Vehicles were listed on the lease with our parking permits and their so called signage for parking was not legible so it was horrible to identify where residents and visitors could park. As we tried to explain this multiple times to the office no one was helpful, and was told there was nothing they could do about it. To top it off if we paid our rent on the 3rd which was the last day to pay without late fees we still got charged a late fee because supposedly if it’s not taken out the bank the same day it’s considered late and not based on the fact that we made the payment. Point of the story cheap rent for ugly infested apartments that will tow you weather or not you live there, with rude unhelpful staff. No stars, horrible management, don’t waste your time.

I’ve lived at this complex for almost two years now. Jeanette has always been a great help to me and assisted with all my requests. She was promoted from Assistant Manager to Property Manager and brought on a strong team with her. Budget friendly and great location with wonderful amenities and a responsive leasing office.

Towed my car right after I arrived there to visit my friend. I have visited my friend here before and didn’t get towed, as have numerous other people. I called the office and asked why they are selective about when to enforce the parking rules.was simply told that they have “ramped up” towing recently. I also did not see any “permits” on any of the cars I saw parked there. There are no signs posted anywhere in the complex except in front of the leasing office and they’re not noticeable.
Shady af. Stay away from this place.

I love Logan’s Mill Apartment Homes! My neighbors are friendly, loving kind, and courteous of others. The staff is always professional, helpful and willing to go the extra mile! The maintenance staff is quick in responding to my work orders and does the job right the first time!

Be very wary of roaches and other issues at this apartment complex.

I have had ongoing roach problems for over 2 months now. Also, water was cut off for the whole complex for days (most of the day) during the first month I moved in, and my apartment has been flooded at least twice (once from upstairs and at least once from a dishwasher that I found out after the fact was broken when I moved in). During the flooding from upstairs when there was a power strip in the standing water in my apartment, I could not turn off the electricity because the breaker box had been painted shut.

Needless to say, I would not recommend this apartment complex at 1912 E. William Cannon Drive in Austin, TX. I am currently emailing with the regional management representative, attempting to get an answer on how many roaches constitutes "no further activity", since according to the pest control company, the 3 German roaches trapped by their most recent roach monitors apparently do not qualify. The roaches pictured were captured during the time the pest control company said there was no longer a problem with roaches.

I applied for an apartment, and it was a super easy approval process. The office people are super professional, and nice. I can not wait to move in next month. I see these apartments, being my home the next few years!

Jeanette Rodriguez is a great leasing manager at this apt. I go to her for problems issues, or situations and she fulfills my requests. She gives me options when renewing leases and other apt related subjects. Customer service friendly.
