Lollypop Carriage Co Inc reviews
10 We went to the river walk in San Antonio 6/17/22 and as we were waiting standing by a street we notice this awful lady (driver) carriage argument and yelling at the horse in a awful way while she had some people in the carriage. She was arguing and been rude to some people that ask if the horse would get tired and she just started cursing and not been unprofessional. This is a business under the city of San Antonio and don’t think this lady should be a driver of this carriage rides if she is been ugly to people. She just started arguing with someone standing there and just with awful manners. Just take her out that is why this world is so ugly for people like her that doesn’t make it happy driving the beautiful carriage to enjoy like us the tourists.
I notice they are several carriages company don’t know if this driver is working with this company.
This is hands-down the best carriage ride company on the Riverwalk! The carriage was clean and comfortable and the driver was very knowledgeable and friendly! I am from San Antonio originally and have never took a carriage ride in my city before and it was so much fun really made my birthday special you really learn a lot of history! Definitely a must do if visiting OR local!
Great carriage ride through the city however when the carriage ride was over and was asked for a tip and didn't give one as i thought the price i paid was enough the service level dropped.
Kristina (or with a C Christina) I’m not sure, was our driver and Flash was our horse. Flash looked over worked and you could see how hot he was. We got there about 8: 15 and waited until about 8: 50 to get on our carriage. We requested to ride alone, no preference on Cinderella or open top. There was a woman that was trying to get it sorted out and get everyone in a carriage they wanted as fast as possible she was doing an amazing job. When we got on our carriage Kristina wanted more riders and the woman told her we requested to go alone she turned around and told us that she wasn’t suppose to do that. The ride was about 20 mins and it’s 25.00 per person for 20 mins. We just went around a couple blocks. She did not tell us anything so don’t think this is a tour she simply just took us around the block. We enjoyed it because we like horse rides but I wish it was informational. We tipped her well for taking just us.
I’ve reached out multiple times via their contact on their website and the known number to make a reservation over the last few wks and have yet to get a call back! Would like to actually plan a ride so I could give a legit review! Would be nice to hear from someone
We had an awesome time. We rode with Christopher and George. Christopher was very professional and entertaining to talk to. George was a beautiful horse and super calm, he even let us pet him. Overall a wonder experience for us. Thank you George and Christopher.
Took a romantic horse carriage ride by the cutest horse with a yellow unicorn horn named Rusty. Our driver played Christmas music for us as we toured the streets of downtown San Antonio.
It says $25 a person but on my last night in the city I couldn't get a tour because I'm by myself
We really enjoy yourself. It was the perfect most wonderful carriage ride I have ever had. Thank you.
Maggie & Baby Blue were who we were with, and it was an amazing ride! Maggie knows a lot of the history of San Antonio, is very fun to talk to, and suggested some great places to eat. The carriage is decorated beautifully. They even had a blanket, and I’m so glad because it’s very cold!
Definitely worth the price:)
