I always receive a very good service. If I need to fix one of my watches, this is the place I go to. The prices are very reasonable and the owner explains to me what it needs to be done. He's a watchmaker. I don't want him to entertain me with a big smile and lots of talking. I want my watch fixed and that's what he does. If he thinks it's better for me to send it to the manufacturer, he would tell me and that's fine with me.

Had them restore/repair my Dad’s 1968 Rolex. He had worn it in a factory/machine shop environment for over twenty years. Then it’s sat for another twenty five plus unused.
Did a fantastic job restoring it and now working perfectly and keeping exact time.
Always responsive and stands behind his work, highly recommend.

Not the most friendly individual, but who needs that when you are good at what you do? I took 2 watches into his shop. Both were serviced in a timely manner, and for an affordable price. He took good care of my watches while in his care. No additional damage to the device.

Fast service and friendly, kind people. I have a 23 year old watch that is no longer in production and they were able to repair it perfectly. Experts!

What a gem this place is! Full of what is lacking in most establishments these days.honesty, hard work and a genuine conversation. Went in for a battery replacement and was out in less than 10 mins. Highly recommended!

They can pop out the old battery from your watch and pop a new one in while you wait. I also bought a leather watch band from them. Other than that I haven't had them do anything else.
