I'm a Property Manger is Austin and work often with Tony and his team and I can attest to how awesome they are with their communication, timing and completion of jobs assigned to them. It's always a pleasure to work with a vendor that is trustworthy and dependable.

I've never been more disappointed in a company. We ordered carpet and requested that it be installed by a certain date or wait until after I returned from a work conference. I was assured the carpet would arrive in time and was told to prepare. I spent over 6 hours removing all items from my closet, moving an 800 pound safe, disassembling the 8 closet shelving units, and removing all items from the room. After I contacted them the day prior to confirm the time of install on Tuesday, I was told there was a delay and they install would be the next day. This was concerning based on my tight timeline but we agreed to make that work. The following day I received a call saying that it would actually be on Wednesday because the carpet had not yet arrived. On Wednesday they called to say the carpet would not actually arrive until Friday but it was guarantied to be there and they would be at my house no later than 11am. On Thursday afternoon I received a call that the carpet was still in Georgia and that it would not be here until potentially Monday. That delay was not going to work due to the fact that I was leaving the country on Saturday for work. I discussed options and offered solutions for the company to make it right. I was firm and emotional but I didn't raise my voice or use any inappropriate language. I explained the overwhelming amount of work that had been done already in prep and that I would expect some sort of compensation to make me whole after this ordeal. I was told that the owner would call me to discuss. A few hours later the owner called and said that my money would be refunded, have a blessed day, and good luck. I'm at my wits end now, no carpet, my house in disarray and leaving in less that 48 hours. As a customer I have never felt less valued or disrespected.

I was told that our carpet installation would be on Wednesday. I spent 7 hours moving furniture to prepare for the carpet install. Lone star then moved our installation to Thursday. Then to Friday. They have now called to say the installation cannot be done on Friday, because they don’t know where the carpet is. Their solution? Lee said “I gave you your money back, our business is done. ” I’m now out 7 hours worth of work plus whatever time it will take to get my house back in order before house guests. When I hand over money, I expect a job to be done; I did my part to prepare. Lee is clearly the kind of man you can’t trust to complete a job he agreed to. I’d recommend you find anywhere else for your carpet and flooring needs.

They were quick and efficient in getting the carpet and vinyl installed. The Vinyl looked like real wood! Really easy to work with, when an issue happened they were there the next day to fix it.

Great experience! Worked with Colby who was very responsive. He was able to schedule next day service which was very important to me. The total price was very reasonable and much better than going with a big box store. The installation crew was very nice, cleaned up afterwards, and worked quickly. Highly recommend Lone Star Carpet!

Not even worth 1 star. These guys sold me a flooring product that was listed as 10-15 life and "able to be soaked in a bucket of water and have no damage" only for the floor to be disintegrating less than two years later. They delayed their responses and months later offered to replace product at cost (with the same one!), only to finally ghost when it came time to act. Don't trust a word Chase Darnell says. This company will not back up their warranties and will force you to deal with the supplier directly if you want recourse, which should be their job to do. Out thousands of dollars due to their incompetence.

I use Lone Star Carpets for all my flooring needs. Rent houses, my kids homes as well as my own house. Always fast, efficient, clean and cost competitive.

Tony and his installer went above and beyond! Reasonably priced, excellent customer service and wonderful repair work done to our carpet in a 1 year old house! Highly recommend

Apartment complex hired to repair carpets after water damage, even with very heavy furniture in the way and other limitations, they went above and beyond to get the best results possible. Awesome team!
