Many doctors examine you just by looking, they don't even touch you to check you, everything is viral so that you come back and the appointments, I have photos that the calls are never picked up for more than 2 hours and when you give them to come back, they never call you lately, very bad experience, really.after COVID it is not good

Love the doctor and the staff. But trying to schedule an appointment is a nightmare. You can never get through on the phone to talk to someone. It’s always over an hour wait. And trying to do it on the online portal but it never works. I was only able to schedule sick visits few times on the portal but other that that it always don’t allow me. I tried sending a message but that won’t except the location I’m trying to pick. I hope they work on their website and fix the issues. Other than that they are great.

Worst clinic to attend for any service! If I could give negative stars I would but I’m only reviewing to warn other people. I was told to arrive early only to end up waiting over an hour past my check in time. I sat there waiting and waiting and the staff kept assuring me I would be seen soon but eventually I had to end up leaving because I had to go back to work as I didn’t think it would take over an hour and a half to get a regular annual check/ physical. I left very angry and frustrated that my time was wasted and I didn’t even get to see the doctor. After I went to the front desk they asked me if I wanted to reschedule. As if …I’m never going back here again. I’ll find another clinic that actually cares about their patients. Goodbye Lone star circle of waiting

I was 9mins late and had already checked in online and doctor Ishita Ghosh didn’t want to see me with my 7month old. They wanted me to reschedule. Meanwhile every time we go we had to wait more than one hour to be seen and the front desk staff was very rude. Never taking any of my 3 kids back here again.

The worst place that I ever can to the office on the third floor at suite 102 they are not good staff especially at the front desk they never put your information right in the system when finish seeing your doctor if you doctor send you get lab done they one even give you card for your appointment I had to call for appointment to do my lab also if you ask for a card for your next appointment oh you have to wait into March which is March my doctor is book for this month so I see her next month I recommended no one to go suite 102

Love the doctors but impossible to call and make an appointment, their online portal to schedule appointments never works, and when we get there they expect us to wait 30-45 minutes to be seen but if you’re less than 5 minutes late they won’t let you be seen? I got there on time but was waiting because they were having issues with another patient and when they finally got to me I was past my check in time and they tried to say I was late and couldn’t be seen! We went back and forth on it and eventually they let my child be seen but front desk is always unbelievably rude and not understanding.

Can not get the doctor to respond to multiple calls about prescription refills. I have been leaving messages for two weeks and so has the pharmacy that we use.
Labs are needed and dr will not /has not sent orders.
No one knows what is going on when you call, the patient portal is always messed up. This place used to be a good place.
