It is a great clinic, everyone there is very friendly and helpful. The medical assistants are very friendly and I love that the doctor speaks Spanish. The wait is a little long, but overall I definitely recommend this clinic

Worst doctor ever I made an appointment for my husband and he said the doctor was so racist even though she’s Hispanic

They cancel my wife’s appointment without notify her. Very unprofessional

Ive never had an issue here. Honestly I understand the reason of the late policy. The providers only have a specific set time (20min to 15min) to see their patients. I’m a patient and been an employee for LSCC and completely understand late policy. The providers see up to 25 - 29 patients a day. If anyone would show up let’s say 5 to 10mins late then that interferes with the next patients appointment time which is not fair. I understand that we don’t feel well but that doesn’t excuse us for being late to an appointment. You have to view it from both points of view. The billing issue is another thing, usually if you decide to pay in full just an FYI the agreement you sign when agree to pay in full states that additional amounts will be possibly added due to the coding (new and est patient.)

They are SCAMMERS! Came to the appointment with the kid. After the appointment, I was asked if I want to pay for the appointment in full. I decided to fully cover the appointment out of pocket and paid the bill. 2 weeks later I received a bill for another 50$. After I called their accountant, they said they decided to charge me for an additional 50$ because I was a new customer, but it wasn't ever agreed with me and I wasn't ever notified about this! My call ended up with them after threats to pass my case over to collectors in case I won't pay. In addition to that, we were waiting 2 days with breathing issues, before we got medicines because they messed with the prescription 2 times. Worst experience I've ever had with clinics!
