The same thing, very little communication from the doctors, they don't even pickle you and they already know that it is vital and they make appointments, no one answers, I have been waiting for a document for my daughter's school for more than September, October has already passed and at the end of November, they take me out school girl for not giving the results is fatal

I hate giving sad reviews.

My baby had a high fever, was wheezing and her ribs were retracting slightly.so out of concern I made the next available appt I could. I brought her to Dr. Gomez, and everyone was very friendly! But
Dr. Gomez said she didn't hear any wheezing (even though the nurse made a comment about her wheezing too, during vitals) and to bring her back in a couple days if her fever stays high since it had been a fever for a few days. I told the Dr my concerns with her breathing, and she showed me a video of an extreme case. I felt like I didn't really know what I was saying and doubted my concerns since the Dr said she was okay. I told the Dr she was exposed to RSV, So they did an rsv test which came back NEGATIVE.

I brought my baby to the ER less than 24 hours later because her ribs were retracting again. She was wheezing badly and had a fever of 102.4.

The ER doctor listened to her and said it was bronchitis. They took an Xray and it turns out my baby has Bronchitis, Pneumonia, and RSV POSITIVE. So they prescribed antibiotics, and did breathing treatments.etc.
Today is 3 days later, we have been in the HOSPITAL ever since. She's had a high fever ever Night, they have her on oxygen.etc.

I'm giving one stars because it's scary that this was so missed, and I'm glad I went with my instincts to take her to the ER the very next morning!
Y'all, this is terrifying that I went home thinking she was totally fine with a basic viral-something that would pass on it's own.
But again, everyone was friendly. Especially the Nurse who helped us, she was very sweet.

I would rate this experience a nightmare and a zero if I could. The Doc over here at the office in Hutto has a number that’s wrong and I can’t fill my son’s prescription. I tried going thru the 1800 number and the nurse is was supposed to call and no call back. They were supposed to call me back two days ago. Now I’m here in person at the clinic and told them to fix the docs number so my son can get his meds and I’ve been sitting here for over an hour. The Doc called my wife at work? Even though I’m sitting in her lobby. I see now why there is such a low star rating.

Dr. Malik is just the kindest soul, and a wonderful pediatrician. I enjoy seeing her every time, she answers all my questions, and never makes me feel rushed, or that she is judging me as a mom. The MA's are nice, but just doing their jobs and move on (vitals, shots, they get the hard jobs). Front desk, Naomi was very kind to us, as she is every time we go, there are times when she is alone at the front, which I know is difficult. She handles it with grace. Obviously there is a wait, it is a MD office, and that is how they are! I haven't had a bad experience here, thank you all.

I’m new to Texas and I had an appointment a week ago with my two children, I had a good experience. I called that we were new patients and they didn’t answer and I left them a voicemail and they got back to me right away, love that! Inside the facility is nice as well.

Impossible to get an appointment, never follows through with referrals.

Service is so bad and I had to wait an 1 hour for doctor Samadreal, she India but mean!
