Get ready to wait 25 mins and long just for them to answer the phone couldn't even make a appointment because they wouldn't answer
Don’t go here they don’t care about their patients mental health.you’ll sent in the phone for 2 hours trying to get a appointment & the patient portals they never answer
IVETTE IS THE WORST AT HELPING CHECKING IN! SHE NEVER CHECKED IF I WAS A LEVEL PATIENT SHE WENT STRAINGHT TO GIVING ME SOMETHING I HAD ALREADY DONE AND WHEN I TOLD HER I DID SHE KEPT ARGUING SAYING I DIDN'T AND SHE NEEDED ALL THE PAPERS FOR THE LEVEL AGAIN. IT WAS ABSURT HOW RUDE THAT GIRL WAS! IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB JUST SAY THAT AND LEAVE! JESSICA HAD DONE EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING TO HELP ME GET SEEN AND GAVE ME A NEW PATIENT PACKET TO FILL OUT TO MAKE LIFE EASY FOR THE NEXT GIRLS THAT WERE GOING TO CHECK ME IN FOR MY APPOITMENT AND I'M SOOOO THANKFUL DR. VARGAS AGREED TO SEE ME, THE PAIN WAS UNBEARABLE! IVETTE NEEDS HER ISSUES ADDRESSED BECAUSE SHE DOES NOT WANT TO BE THERE AND THE WAY SHE TREATS PATIENTS IS INHUMAN.
They put things in my medical history that weren't true. When I call to schedule the wait it's at least an hour. Today, I had a virtual appointment at 8. I waited until 8: 20 then they said I missed my appointment. The provider never showed up. I've been giving this clinic a chance for a year now. It's ridiculous!
The pediatric providers are amazing though
The assistant is very rude, she makes you feel very bad, I don't recommend her, the doctors are very kind.
