LONE STAR FURNITURE MATTRESS AND ELECTRONICS, Houston TX

My fiance and I had a great experience shopping at Lone Star Furniture. We will definitely go back next time we need furniture. We were looking for a sectional so we would have an easier time seating friends and family. We ended up getting a great deal on a new sectional in the exact color and material we were looking for. The price included the delivery and installation and still beat most furniture sites, furniture stores selling on marketplace and the stores around us. Everyone we spoke to was so friendly. We ordered the couch with the owner who was very kind, honest and realistic when explaining to us what we had versus what we were buying. After we thought about it we came back and placed the order to be delivered two days later (we were offered next day delivery at no extra charge but wouldn't be home then). The delivery was great. The guys who came to install the sofa were very professional and helpful. They asked me a lot of questions about where I wanted the couch and moved everything where I needed it to be. I don't think they were here for more than half an hour. It was a great experience and we are very happy with the sectional we purchased.

I went to Lone Star Furniture on Tuesday spoke with Chris Diaz as soon as I walked inside the store he introduced himself was very helpful, courteous, customer service was impeccable. Chris helped me to pick out some mattresses and they was delivered on Wednesday around the time they were suppose to be delivered, the young mens that delivered my mattresses couldn't speak English very well but they had me to speak into the phone to have it translated into Spanish so they could understand they were very courteous and helpful as well. On Thursday I received an courteous call to see how my delivery was, so I am very satisfied with my purchase will be willing to purchase again. Lone Star Furniture on 290 and Jones
