Lone Star Glass Inc, Houston TX

I've never had glass cut for a project before. I tried 3-4 places in Houston who either turned me away due to the size of the order or told me I was using the glass for the wrong project (an aquarium). I went online this business and received a quote the next day. Then the order was ready the following day.

On top of it all, I messed up my measurement. I returned the glass and was ready to pay the difference. They fixed it less than 24 hours free of charge. Very nice people, professional company and quick. Highly recommend and will be back for future needs/projects. Also great prices. I paid 1/10 of what some sites were charging.

No called and no showed to an appointment made over a week out, after having taken off from work for a 1pm-5pm appointment window. Still haven’t heard from them 21 days later. They clearly do not care.

I cannot say enough about this company and its people! They not only do a phenomenal job but have a way of making you feel like family at the same time. I have been using Lonestar since 2006 and will never go any place else for glass work. I love this company. They are meticulous and very affordable, especially compared to their competitors. Lovely people. Did a good job eventually on the third try. Kept bringing pre-cut glass that didn't fit. Took way too long, but it does look good.

I will not use any other glass company for any of my glass needs. The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable, their estimator was on time, and efficient, and the service techs were expedient and friendly. They cleaned up their mess when they left, and the finished products look fantastic!

Before I found Lone Star Glass, I went to several glass stores inside the 610 loop. None of them hold a candle to Lone Star. Very friendly and affordable.

My apartment complex had a wave if car break ins last night. Woke up to a car with a shattered window and insides covered in shards of glass. Lone Star Glass replaced the window incredibly quickly, and cleaned all of the glass for me. The price was very reasonable too. Eric was a great help. Definitely recommend these guys.

A Great Glass Company, the employees are friendly and thorough. We had a Residential Home Window break during the most recent freeze in Houston, Texas and we had the fortune of David Pickett to come out and replace our window. This did take about 2 months as Lone Star had to research the type of glass and tint of our windows since our home is 14 years old. Also the trim type had to be special ordered as the original type brought out would not stay put on the Glass. David came out 3 times to get our window right. I would also like to compliment the other employees that worked with us to get our window replaced. These are Leah, Rachael, Christopher, Eric, and the 2 helper assistants that came out with David Pickett. We would Highly Recommend this company and its employees for Residential Window Repairs, they are very professional. They are friendly, clean and careful.

Lone Star Glass didn't want my business. I called the office and sent an email with window dimensions and a picture of the broken window as I was speaking to the a representative, so they could prepare an estimate. I followed with an email a few days later, and I never received a response. A competing glass company sent me an estimate within minutes of speaking to them; I went with the competing company.

The entire Loan Star Team is friendly and professional. Rachel is super knowledgeable and helpful. Just left their shop after having a star shaped chip repaired and was in and out in 20 minutes. Highly recommend LSG!

When we had a real emergency situation (a smash and grab robbery), which left our retail showcases in ruins, Stanley and Lone Star Glass made the situation bearable. On a SATURDAY morning mind you, Stanley came out, measured and cut glass for us, and we had complete replacements installed by 2pm the same day!

We will not call anyone else for our glass needs, LONE STAR GLASS is it!
