2They charged us $800 for 'paint' at the end of our lease and almost $500 for floor cleaning when we had our floors professionally cleaned by a cleaner that they recommended. While my time there was decent the nature of the management taking advantage of college kids is not very kind at end of lease charges.
Dirty apartments with pest problems when I moved in. Asked property managers for pest control, pest control guy showed up, said everything looked fine, and left without doing anything despite the obvious presence of roaches. 512 living never resolved this issue. Additionally the pool attracts a lot of people who don’t even live at Lone Star Lofts to show up, have a big loud party, and leave without cleaning up, so expect lots of trash and whiteclaw cans littered all throughout the common areas. Gross place to live with unhelpful management.
