We have bought multiple can am from lone star. Definitely would not recommend the service department took 9 months to get parts ordered. When I finally got the parts they got them put on after looking closely at it the door was still messed up definitely would not use them again.

The only reason I bought my bike from this place. Is there is a very sweet lady named Ben. Got my bike, new. Had half tank of fuel. Went back to get oil first oil change. Gentleman who sold me bike asked how I liked it. Explained my complaint. Guy taking care of me just wasn't enthusiastic about helping me Salesman asked him to fuel my bike. Guy turned his back to me. Didn't hear what was said. Didn't get fuel. Will NEVER go back. Will NEVER refer this place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Wonderful service. It was quick and easy process buying our 2024 KTM. We are from Lubbock and was in Amarillo for dirt bike race at Bowers MX and we stopped in to look and ended up buying a new bike.

Chris in the service department is very good at his job, he takes really good care of his customers.

Justin was amazing throughout the entire process. He helped me in every aspect and even delivered it to my husbands birthday party, as this was his surprise. Justin answered the phone even on his days off and I couldn't be more happy with my experience.

This is about the company and experience at the old Sharps location mostly - No longer in business as Sharps - taken over by Lonestar. The sharps sales guy was great - no longer there.

New sales guys and company tack on all sorts of “fees” and charges. I’ve heard this from a coworker and my own experience.

Looked at a SxS that was MSRP $32,000. Stated no rebates available (currently a few going on) and that the machine needs a setup charge and that only his techs can do it - as the factory doesn’t put the doors on right, as well as all sorts of other charges.

It brought the number before tax at over $35,000 and change. My coworker said they did the same thing to him (after agreeing to a different price) and told him that if he bought the machine elsewhere it wouldn’t get serviced there as fast as ones bought from there.

He ended up buying from Antlers in OK and I bought mine out of state as well - along with rebates offered and no additional fees etc. In all, I got a new machine with options and out the door for less than Sharps/Lonestone without anything added.

Now I know why people don’t buy local.

These guys are amazing! They were timely, helpful, and got us taken care of! We are loving our new GTI 170’s! Will definitely be back!

Had problems with jet skis starting up, and these guys handled it fast. Staff is super friendly and professional. 100% recommend these guys!

If I could give zero stars I would! TERRIBLE SERVICE! Walked in and was not acknowledged at all! Stood there for about 25 minutes and ultimately had to ask for service. After attempting to ask for service I stood there for another 10 minutes before deciding to walk out. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Stood there for 30 minutes without being attended or even acknowledged. Had to ask for service and still didn’t receive any? Little to no business so couldn’t say they were “extremely busy”. Poor service for a Saturday in the Summer

Shout to the crew in the service dept for getting my bike serviced during my cross country bike trip from Las Vegas to Daytona Beach. They were able to fit me in immediately and service was quick.

Awesome staff, everyone was supper friendly! They have a great selection to choose from, I would definitely recommend going by and checking them out if you’re in the market for a ATV or UTV.

They have a lot of toys in stock, so you can sit in or throw a leg over, to see how you like it.
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Bought a Canam Defender from Justin and he did a great job, I’ll give him first shot on my next purchase
