7This place is disgusting. The rats started chewing on my wood furniture, rat and mice droppings everywhere. There is even snakes in there, I have pictures and and videos of snake skins (yes multiple) inside my specific storage room. The office personnel are rude and unprofessional. When you walk into the buildings you can instantly tell how hot and humid it is. They are not climate controlled at all.
Place was very unprofessional, didn’t have the uhaul pulled up. Made us walk out in the field to get it. It hasn’t been washed in idk how long and has a tire that wouldn’t pass inspection on it. Then they aren’t open on Sunday to return it there so bc they set it up wrong It took 3-4 hours out of our day calling uhaul for anyone to figure out where to drop it off! I wouldn’t use this place if it was my last option.
Hey yo. I started renting on this joint back in 2009 when it was like less than $70 a month for the unit I'm in now. Didn't trip when it went up a little a year later. But it's crazy how much it is now. If y'all ain't willing to price match for the same size unit, with climate control, I'll gladly use my much deserved days off and get my stuff out. And my stuff still better be there.
Not the best experience. I walked into pace asking about storages but left due to the lack of knowledge on what storages spaces would be available that were climate controlled and also the office smelt like smoke.
DONT USE THE CONTAINERS! They leak badly. Your things will mold. I’ve seen other ppls stuff molded, too. Beware.
0/10 would not recommend this place. We showed up with a uhaul full of items with an online reservation already made. NOBODY WAS THERE.we called and received the run around for over 15 mins.never again.super unprofessional
We have stored our trailer there for the last few months. Upon checking it this week, the lock system had been dismantled from the trailer and someone had removed our jacks. Inside the trailer, someone had undone our travel first aid kit and strewn used gauze about the trailer. The bed had clearly been slept in. The storage facility is gated, but the gate is always open.
