Great place for tires. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and had speedy service. Pable and Oscar went above and beyond.

Probably the worse place I've ever gotten a tire from. The man over tightened my lug nuts, did not balance tire, I asked what the price was to mount n balance the tire n they acted like they couldn't understand what I was asking, I was on vacation. N had a blow out n no spare so had no other choice now the whole front end of my truck shakes cause they did not balance the tire like I paid for! Stear clear of this shop n the one across the street from it their both same shop. When I went to get the tire balanced in my own home town they told me "the person who put the lug nug on did not kn ow what he was doing or he was trying to snap a stud so I would haft to replace. There was no reason for them to be impacted down that tight n then torked down also" he couldn't even get the lug nuts off with the impact had to use tools with a pipe to bust lug nuts loose. Do not get a tire from these crooks!

Reputable tire shop but the tire they gave me blew out 3 weeks after I bought it. I looked at the tire and it was almost bald. I haven't travelled more than 100 miles on it. I like the tire shop. The service is good and the employees are helpful. However, the cost to repair the tire at 6 o' clock on a Sunday was way more than the price of the tire.

Referred to dis place and thank Jesus, they hooked us up. Got a great deal on some tires! They really busy but took care of us.on a Sunday as this was kinda an emergency

Hit a flat on i35 while traveling and Lone Star had our tire in stock and replaced it on a Sunday! Grateful for these guys and how helpful they were!

Went here for the first time today (a Sunday) as place where I got tires was closed. Alejandro was nice, tire was fixed quickly, and I was on my way back home in no time. Great customer service, tire repair was $15 but it’s Sunday and after covid inflation so no complaints here. Customer waiting area was clean enough and had a vending machine for drinks. I didn’t use it as i had brought a drink with me. I waited outside by the huge tire. Though Alejandro did say I could wait inside my car or in the lobby, I just prefer to wait outside. We were in Waco from out of town on a Sunday, when we got a flat tire. I brought my car in and they saw me right away. The tire needed to be replaced, and they gave me a great deal on a new tire. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Lone Star Tire.

My family was on the tire business for overe 50 years when we got out of it i started going there with my personal and business needs these guys can handle anything thing

My dad used to go to these guys when he ran a dump truck. Over a decade later, we still use them for tires. Not going to lie, I personally get the cheapest tires they offer for my car. So far they last for a very long time. Definitely worth what I pay for them. Especially considering that I'm usually in and out of the garage within maybe 30 minutes max.

The most recent trip was for a busted stem on a very old wheel. They knocked it out in maybe 10 minutes and it cost me ~$15.

They aren't a super clean and "professional" place like Discount Tire, but I guess that's why I don't have to wait over an hour for a simple service. Definitely worth it in my opinion.

Went to get a nail out of my tire it took a hour because they were more interested in the big jobs that kept coming in. Then they didn't balance my tire. It's just better to support the big guys I guess.

These are good people. Very friendly. The guy helping me was cool. He knew what he was doing & took care of me quickly. Iv been a customer of this place many years. I'll be back.

These folks always do us right got 4 new tires on in less than 45 minutes. Can't get that quick of service very many places

I had four tires put on this morning, and it took about 20 minutes, to be installed and balanced. They are friendly nice and fast as can be. I recommend them to anyone.

Very well priced tires. Stopped in after a tire blowout, they had us in and out in 30 mins! The service was great. Thanks Lone star!
