Darrell Puckett was very professional and knowledgeable. He taught us the sit down forklift safety class. He took his time and explained everything to a T.

Darrell was a good instructor mad the class sinple and to the point. Very informative on how to operate the forklift safely.

I’ve been doing business with this company for the last 4 years but they happen to change their prices tremendously. This time I called to get some work done on the scissor lift not working properly, the service call was $646. How can a service call cost this much? I spoke with Kieth the manager and told me that these are the new prices because many customers aren’t doing the job after getting the estimate and that if we decide to go with the job it wouldn’t be but a couple more hundreds. And now they send me a quote of $836 more to replace the joy stick on the scissor lift. Will be looking for an alternative after this one.

Just bought a green 4500 Navigator piggyback forklift Friday they even delivered it to my house for free. I had a awesome salesman named Hugh Carney he was the best salesman I ever had buying anything before I wish every salesman in the world like him.

I would discourage anyone from using Lone Star forklift. They are not an honest company and they certainly don't care about their customers. They tried to charge me almost $1000 for just looking at a battery that is under warranty. This was verified this with the battery manufacturer who will be sending out a completely different company to do the repairs. Lone Star left me without a properly working forklift for 3 months and I have constantly had to call Keith to find out updates. Great companies stay in touch with their customers when they have issues with their equipment, not the other way around. Do yourself a favor and find another company to buy a forklift from, there are plenty of them out there who will give you service after the sale.

WONDERFUL SERVICE! Keith was quite amazing as were his techs. I called to complain about them not showing up but they had already arrived to work on both of our fork trucks. Keith was polite and very understanding. His techs were swift and thorough. They had both my lifts done before the end of the day. Thank you so much for the efficiency and kindness!

Keith is always finding ways to service my lift and keep me up and running. Want to tell him Thank you for the help!

I do not recommended. Facility management has no clue what goes on in the company. Staff is good other than management.

Very dishonest people, if you like getting screwed over then they are the people to deal with.

The longview branch manger Keith is a joke and Kim who never return phone calls About service question are quotes I would never recommend anybody there at all the company should change there management up and open there eyes that how businesses is ran in Longview and get some better help there will never do business there again CH
