These ppl are a scam all of them top to bottom, came in and asked them switch couple of pressure switches on a cascadia! And they’ve cheated me! Never did they switched them switches and gave som old used switches from an older work they did for another n said yeah we’ve replaced these for you as an evidence to make me think they worked on my truck! Stay away from these broad day robbers. Thiefs! I’m warning you stay away from this scam

Got loaded in Dallas earlier today and when leaving started having issues with my truck misfiring (Injector isssue). I called the guys at Lonestar and they said they'd be able to diagnose my truck tomorrow morning.well no sooner than I got the truck checked in a service tech was coming out to get it pulled in to diagnose. They had me in and out in less than 3 hours.the Lonestar team doesn't mess around when it comes to getting us back otr.if you're ever in the area and need help, their service is 2nd to none (Megatron Transportation)

I called 2 Lonestar Truck Group stores (Tyler and Shreveport) and was quoted the same price for a part. Once arriving at the Tyler store, they tried charging me $100 more despite having a representative from the Shreveport store on the phone quoting the original price that both stores had quoted previously.

1 of the best truck shops in Texas. Took my truck in to get the cruise control fixed, they found the problem and fixed it within a days time. Did something that 5 other shops couldn’t do!

They take forever to just figure out what’s wrong with truck i wait there for 4-5 day n then they tell me that they will take 30-35 day bcz something is wrong with engine until that i was just waiting

Every time we bring our truck to be fixed not only does it take forever and it cost an arm and a leg something else ends up wrong with it that wasn't before.

When I'm in East Texas and in need of parts, this is my go to place for parts. Their parts guys are always helpful and will try to get you the parts that you need to keep you rolling.

Prime Inc Driver: Took me right in, said they'd Have me in the shop the next morning, but ended up getting me in that day. Mechanic called to touch base with me on the problems later that day. They're also great about calling you everyday to let you know the progress of your truck. I'll come back again for sure. Highly recommend.

Been hit and miss with these guys but I have give credit when it's due. Found two cac hoses that were on back order and beat that other freightliner groups price by half. Forget ft. Worth or Dallas, I'll make the drive.

The only problem that I had was it was after 5: 00 so I didn't have a shutter to give me to my hotel other than that great people great service what recommend
