Great place to go to! I go here for lunch and the establishment is always clean and the food good! ️

Turned away at drive-thru after 15min wait because the didn’t have change for $100 bill.
Took my food back and I guess served the next poor guy in line.

Business 101. Lame.

I asked for a large order of clams, like I asked for a side, then I asked for it to be large, they gave me less than a small

2 piece meals Got to the drive-through the girl gave me one 2 piece meal she told me I did not order 2.well why would I pull into a drive-through with my mother and ask for one 2 piece meal I know what I said and she had no right to tell me that.she was very rude highly do not recommend

I have been going to this Long John silver's for a long time in McKinney Texas and I have never been disappointed

Oh fish me to death, I love it so much but fried to the maxed! Which is slowing me down.

Good food but the dining room is closed. Even if you only need a restroom before ordering to go. Nope.

This place appears to have changed owners sometime in the past year or so. It used to be on target every time and now it's run by people who don't know how to manage a restaurant business. I ordered the cod meal and the bag smelled like rotten fish. I thought maybe it was just something that got onto the bag itself and not the food. When I got home and opened the box it turns out that it was the cod itself that smelled like it had been rotten to the core for months and then fried up and served. It was not even close to being edible, unfortunately I live more than 20 minutes away from this location and so I didn't return it to them. It's not like they would learn anything anyway, check out all of the one star reviews from this place since the new ownership took over. DO. NOT. EAT. HERE.

I was not satisfied with the appearance of my food. The fryer grease obviously needed to be changed and the fish and hush puppies seemed to have a lot of debris on them. Never before have I been served food that looked that dirty. Disgusting. I took it back and still refused to eat the replacement.

The fact that other places these days aren’t much better is no excuse for poor customer service by which customers seem to be inconveniences to staff who’d rather be doing other things.

We are from Colorado and don't have LJS'S anymore so this was a treat. Clean place and friendly staff. The food was delicious and I ordered way to much

Don't know what has happened over the last 6 months, but this LJS after 5 visits has been flawless. I had stopped coming here because the food had become the worst I've ever had and the workers were completely disengaged. I have loved LJS all my life so that says a lot. The crew is entirely new from then and the quality shows! Keep things as they are now and I'll keep coming!

There was an elderly man that could barely walk. The employees did everything for him withought being asked.

I wish Long John Silver's would come back to Sherman Denison area. Love Long John Silver's and the nearest one is in McKinney

Menu in drive thru was not complete and had no prices! Paid way too much for what we got! Long John silvers used to be better! What happened?

Found a black metal screw in the bottom of my greasy crunchies. I just couldn't eat anymore. Notified the manager and he said there were no screws like that in his kitchen

This is the cleanest LJS we have been too in a very long time.the staff was also very friendly. We stopped the evening of 6-20-18 & the young man working the cash register was so polite. Hot fresh food also!

It's long John Silver. It's fast food, it's fried, it's fish, it's there when you can't get to anywhere else

Food was hot and fresh.dining tables could have used some attention but all and all worth the visit.

Every time I go here with my family, either the order gets wrong, or we leave unsatisfied with either service or the food not being fresh. The people aren't very friendly 75% of the time, or we get served fish that still has frost hanging off of it. And the price for what you get is stupid. Are the plates expensive or something, bc the food quality is terrible.
