Quick and professional. Casier even wished me a safe drive because It was raining out. I know its simple but it was a nice personal and heartfelt touch.

It was horrible service! Just went there. At like 3: 50. The lady at the window was very rude. She left out one of our drinks. Very rude. Also could not hear us make our order at all. We had to shout out our order. She didn’t even read back to us what we ordered either to make sure it was right. We got lucky that it was right. She didn’t even give us a receipt either.

Worst food I've had in a while. Green beans straight from the can no seasoning, chicken had lots of fatty parts. Everything was luke warm and the only thing that was hot was the mac and cheese. There was alot of arguing going on while I was there, more people were upset about the food.

Lady in the drive thru was extremely rude. Food was not fresh and did not give us silverware or ketchup after I asked

Horrible service. There was a long wait while the store was empty and they still managed to get the order wrong. And on top of that, the staff was incredibly rude. Went back in to get the other half of the food I ordered, told a worker what was wrong. She listened to be, then immediately walked away to take another costumers order, completely ignoring everything I just told her. Wouldn’t even look at me. Ended up having to talk to three other people just to get the food I had already paid for. Will never go here again, and I advise all other people to stay far away. And to top it off, half the employees were not wearing their mask.while cooking and handling other people’s food.

My family and I live no where near this location however we stop there when we do go by which is usually when we’re leaving our doctors office. My husband went by ordered our food brought it home only to find out it was completely wrong so I called them number to complain because he spent $53 and spoke to a manager that said his name was Rogers. Rogers told me to keep receipt and take a picture of food since we didn’t live in area. So today we take receipt with his name on it along and show the pictures on my phone how ever they didn’t fix the order and only gave us some of what we ordered which definitely DID NOT add up to $53! Now I keep calling the number on receipt and no one will answer. I expect someone of higher supervision to contact me ASAP! I’m very disappointed this location did this. Definitely wasted my time!

I like fried fish and my wife likes fried chicken. So glad you have both at this combined restaurant.

The food is still good. But I'm still displeased that they're passing on losses from the cutback and cutting pieces of food from the combos. They barely scaled down the prices but they cut out half the meal.

It says they open at 9 when they open at 10 and leave the open sign on. And they don't have the right phone number listed online either.

Every time i go to the one on 2920. They ever have Tarter or Cocktail sauce. Out where u can get it. That's why i give it One Star

Sullen staff with service that was just as poor. Greasy fish served by non English speaking staff. You have a choice, sullen and aloof or the deer in the headlights stare of someone that can't help. The store was clean. The food poor and no ads honored.

Food is good. Inside the establishment is very dirty, gnats inside drink fountain, no ice and just very very unclean!

Hard to find fast food with seafood that is so good. All of the Long John Silvers have closed near us. So good to have found one.

Bad service, meals don't contain what they are supposed to and management doesn't care about making the corrections.

My shrimp had a nat inside it and the didn’t wanna do nothing when I told them I will be back to speak with there boss the lead that was in charge acted real nonchalant about the situation and shrugged it off like it didn’t matter tables where dirty should of went to the one by my house

Food was over cooked from refrying when it's cold. The coke machine was broken. Atmosphere was depressing. Love long John silver but that place did not hold true standards to its name.

Never eating there ever again. Paid 47 bucks to get the 16pc family meal and famous bowl. With 14 chicken and 2 fish. I got a 14pc 10 fish and 4 chicken,
no hush puppies, and cold fries. You can not call them to complain. Gave me the wrong receipt. Not have to drive from conroe, back over to spring and pray i get some money back.

Location lacked efficiency but did not see anyone standing around or wasting time. Not overly busy when I ordered but steady flow of customers, one at a time, both inside and drive through. Quality was acceptable and general store appearance was acceptable. Crew appeared to be following HACCP standards which is most important. Supervisor was working directly on the floor which usually means good leadership.

Service super sucks, I waited over 30 for 4 platters, orders wrong, food cold, employees in the kitchen on cell phones. BIG thumbs down.

Very disappointed drove 34 miles cuz that's the closest one to me the fish was not too thick fish fillets I'm used to they look like thin tilapia fillets that have been deep-fried and then redone I couldn't even eat them I had to throw them away and the chicken was good and the shrimp was good but the place was not very clean and the bathroom was nasty I won't return to that Long John's again.
