Long John Silver's, Pasadena TX

Happy we have a LJS by us the prices seemed to have gone up even over and above Biden's inflation but the food was good they gave extra sauces but we asked for crumbs and didn't get any other than that okay we'll go again.

We had not eaten at Long John's for years. So we decided to give it a try. So glad we did! It was an awesome experience! The Food, Service was Amazing the restrooms were very clean! We will definitely be back on a regular basis Price was reasonable and portions were good size.my wife and I are seniors and with the size of the meals we can split them and leave full. We can't wait to return and try a different meal

This time the fish was salty and dry.like cooked prior then warmed up and served. Usually the coleslaw is real tasty, however, not this time. The staff was not friendly at all. LJS has really gone down hill. The hushpuppies weren't good either!

They were stingy with the crumbs and they are delicious I want more they are forgot my add a clam and the leomande shake is awful.other than that PLEASE BRING MORE STOREA BACK!

I enjoyed the lunch. Great service. Need to include more crunchies on the plate instead of just 2. Ice machine was out of ice. Overall good food.

Oil needed to be changed out. Fish fillets crust were brown in color not golden like it should be. Too greasy. Fries were limp and seemed under cooked. Hush puppies were good. Cole Slaw was very slimmy. Returned Cole Slaw for corn. Waited on 9 pieces of shrimp for nearly 20 minutes after receiving my initially order in the restaurant to eat them. Tatar sauce in the lobby dispenser was runny and tasteless. More like just mayonnaise. Packets tasted like tarter sauce. Very disappointed. Paid too much for the quality of food.

This place is going downhill quickly. One week we come in the black lady that works through the drive-through told us to order a certain way we come back a month later to order the same way with the same person and now you can’t order that way anymore. They need to get their act together or they’re gonna have to be looking for other jobs because this place is it gonna stay open much longer. They’re also rude. And their prices are extremely high now for mediocre food. Not impressed at all. One more restaurant in Pasadena going downhill what else is new?

I'm a employee there and the food we make is not that good I was supposed to be aa cook but once I start letting there secrets out they only have me one day and they had a meeting about me saying they will train me and give me more hours but all the do is hire new ppl. I mostly make colesal that is the only thing we use with gloves. We all sweep the trash under the grease machine including the managers.they are ruid and unprofessional they make colesal and let them sit in water for days. I know most of the secrets and I have pictures and videos. When I tried to talk to the health inspector the manager made me clock out and go home vary unprofessional

Horrendous. The food was freezing cold and absolutely disgusting. The people behind the counter weren't great at their jobs, either.

I have been looking for one of these near me! The service was fast (no line in drive thru) attendant was nice and my food was fresh.

I'm having trouble walking and the manager graciously brought me a fork. First class. 9

Food just ain't the same, but let me tell you about those working ladies in there, they make the best out of your day

Food was soggy (thank goodness for air fryer) requested condiments were not in bag. When I went in to get order, they seemed confused & I had to show ID to pick up my order.

They didn't have tarter sauce can't imagine a long john silvers with no sauce been going there since I was in grade school.
