Workers up front doing window at cashier there Rude instead asking nicely they talk with like a child.

Food was excellent. Hot and fresh. I had the fish and 2 sides plate. My partner had fish and shrimp plate with sides. Will go again!

The fish and fries were crispy freshly fried and coleslaw was cold and fresh as well. The ladies that waited on us were extremely nice:)

Don't bother ordering on-line. I ordered and paid at 10am for a 5: 15pm pickup. When I got to the store I was told they do not cook the order until you get to the store. I arrived at 4: 55pm. I waited 45 minutes, I was so tired I did not check the contents. When I got home I found I only received 1 of the 4 side orders. I will not go to this restaurant ever again!

They were super busy but the food was great and the people were professional. Recommended, just be aware they fill up right at noon.

We only got one left in Waco, but they are still serving up that delicious fish that I still gotta have occasionally. So flaky and crispy just wish it wasn’t so pricey. Love those lobster bites.

This place is trashy as hell. Not only is the customer service poor the people there lack basic communication skills with customers. Corporate needs to shut them down. Will be contacting the main office and reporting the management and drive thru attendant.

I miss the old Long John Silver's the atmosphere has changed it doesn't seem as kid-friendly as it used to. But then again I'm thinking as a kid back in the 80s I guess times have changed. But as far as the fish no one will ever duplicate that crispy batter great fish and don't forget the extra crunches/crumbs

The food was amazing as always, one of the few places I've been going to for over 30 years where the quality and quantity of the food has not changed. Admittedly though it's been about five years since I've eaten here, but paying $35 for two meals seems a bit much.

I've been eating at the V. M. Dr.location since I was little, goin' on 50 yrs. With quick service, the food is always golden fried and delicious. Unless you prefer something a little lighter. They offer baked selections' as well, so go on by and give 'em a try. You'll be glad you did.

Too many friends or family seem to hang out at the front counter. Also, they used to put pepperocini on the fish sandwich but now it's pickles. Not what I was expecting. I like how it looks since the makeover but the seating area off of the main dining area being full of empty cardboard boxes, was concerning.

Great service, good food and order was ready quickly. One of our favorite quick lunch stops. They have also remodeled making the dining experience more comfortable.

I've been coming to the same restaurant since the 80's. It's still a nice neighborhood restaurant. It has the same good ljs quality all the way around

This is one of the best fast food restaurants in Waco! The staff is always courteous and efficient and the food comes out hot and fresh. It’s newly remodeled which is nice as well.

This is how I got served. For $12. Won't happen again. Last time I eat at LJS in Waco.

This is your basic Long Johns. Nothing fancy but definitely what you'd expect. During my most recent visit the workers were more courteous and respectful, the place seemed cleaner than in the past. The food was Long Johns good. Great job.
