Had a great experience with longhorn solar when I needed solar panels removed and reinstalled as part of a reroofing project. Kelli in particular was great to work with and made the process seemless. Highly recommend!

We weren't ready to get solar back then, but recently our electricity rates increased so much (almost doubled) that it finally made sense to go solar. Once we made the decision and had our consultation with Longhorn Solar, it was a no-brainer they were the RIGHT choice and we were in great hands! They explained everything so well and answered all my follow-up questions. They helped get our HOA approval done, sent us mock-ups of the panel layouts and scheduled everything so fast. I think start to finish from quote to install was about 1 month!

Last summer my electric bills were astronomical. As a result, I decided to look into getting solar panels. I interviewed 3 solar companies and ultimately chose Longhorn Solar- Austin because of the value and the great customer service.
From the initial presentation, through the install, and even now months after the installation everyone at Longhorn Solar has been very responsive.
The installation process was seamless. It only took one day for them to install the system. Within a few weeks all the inspections were done and my system was up and running.
After the system was running, Longhorn came out can gave my a "tour" of my new system, showed me the monitoring app, and once again answered all of my questions. The app is very user friendly and allows me to monitor my system.

We had our solar installed this past October and are so happy with the results. We got quotes from a handful of companies but decided to work with Longhorn Solar because there were knowledgeable, responsive and had competitive pricing and products to the other companies we talked to.
Our account manager Talon has been so great. He walked us through the process and helped us find the plan right for our family. He continues to be a great resource now that our system is up and running.
Roni our contact person throughout the installation process was also very helpful and responsive.

Customers be aware and stay away from Longhorn Solar. They are not professionals at all and as soon as you will have any kind of problem with their equipment, they will ignore you. I have been calling for days, since our system is still under the warranty. They took a claim and never recorded, promised to called me back. Did again the same story, like it never happened, now ignoring my calls and my multiple voicemails.
They are very fishy company, go with someone else more reliable.
