LongHorn Steakhouse, Houston TX

This my first time trying this restaurant out. The food was well seasoned the chicken fried steak was well seasoned and tender. The broccoli was well seasoned and fresh. The baked potato was a nice sized portion. The waitress was very nice. Will definitely be back. If anyone comes during lunch recommend Kelsey. She's very nice.

My experience at this location was very horrible. I ordered the ribeye steak medium well and extra seasoning and I got a steak not seasoned at all. Then they tried to cook me another one and it came back to the table burned and over cooked it was passed well done and it was so dry I had a hard time trying to even cut it and the Mac and cheese was not cooked enough it was watery the cheese sauce was thin the bread crumbs was burned and the whole dinner was a disaster. Will never go to this location again.

This Longhorn location is by far one of my favorites. The food is always cool to my preferences. The staff is kind and helpful whether I’m dining in or ordering curbside.
My fave dish is the Parmesan Crusted Chicken, which I get well done with a different set of sides each time.

Don’t waste your time coming to this location, especially if you’re doing a to go order. For whatever reason the food is never consistent and never right. I ordered a simple ribeye with sweet potatoes and brussels sprouts to go and unfortunately when I got home everything was super bland. Brought my food back and all I asked for was a refund with receipt and couldn’t even get that after waiting almost 15 minutes for a manager.

I used to rave about this place and always suggested it over salt grass. Somehow their steaks aren't the same as they used to. Last 3 visits I've had raw cold centers when ordering the bone in ribeye medium rare. The last time I even attempted to prevent this by asking for the steak to be charred on both sides. When I got the steak it was barely seared and the meat was raw and cold in the middle. Antonio our server ensured that I would get what I ordered yet once again I was disappointed.

Drove to pick up my to go order and the Brussels sprouts were completely burnt and not roasted. Asked for a fresh batch. The second batch was even more burnt. Cook was rude.

We went to the restaurant because it had very good comments and I wanted to see for myself that everything they said was true. The place is very cozy, very Texan, the meat is exceptional, it had an incredible flavor, the salads are very good, if someone wants to eat authentic meat flavor, I highly recommend this place.as far as prices are concerned, they are quite good

Best longhorn steakhouse near me. I recommend it highly. We had the chopped steak and mashed potatoes and the renegade sirloin and grilled shrimp with a loaded baked potato. Excellent.

Amazing food! We love coming to this location. Customer service is what make it special. All of them are nice! Paula, Zack, Roberto and erika are the best? They always makes us feel welcome. We always come here almost every weekend the food is great! Thank you!

Fine stop! Came in with my roommate who was craving a chicken ceasar, and I love their pork chops. Had a good time! Pork chops were as good as I remembered, and they do a great sweet potato. Our waiter was super friendly and attentive. Prices are reasonable enough, and the restaurant seemed well maintained and clean. Zero complaints! Worth a try!

Delicious! We just ate here as it is so close to our house. We have lived in the same place for so long and had never thought that about coming to this place and it’s only a block away from us. Food was delicious I had the shrimp and steak and mashed potatoes it was wonderful. Drinks were really good and strong not watered down at all and the staff was friendly. I see that they have a bar so we will probably stay coming here more as the waitress told us they have wonderful appetizers. Will be back

Our server Nikki was awesome. She checked on us several times throughout the course of our time there. Her customer service skills are superb. She had several patrons come in after us and she was able to make sure we were all satisfied with our meals and service.

Miranda was amazing! We came and sat and she was ready to go! No wait no problems! She helped us with our meals and also spoke to my family in Spanish, that is beyond welcoming! Thank you so much for making Father’s Day an even better day

My eight year old decided he wanted his birthday party here.
Restaurant is very clean, staff is friendly and the food is very good.
We were a large party so I am taking that into consideration.
Staff was very slow in providing service.
I had to pick up my own plates and move them to a near by table. Those plats sat there for the rest of the night.
My guest had to wait for a long period of time for refills/ drink orders.

Spilled a glass of water on the table. The child tried to clean it up. The staff member set the plates down on the wet table, did not attempt to clean up the water. Staffer came back with more plates to set down knowing the table was still very wet. I got up cleared the table grabbed more paper towels dried up the table then allowed the staffer to set the rest of the plates. I was so busy attending to my guests that I felt like I was on the clock.
Please limit your parties (we called 45 minutes in advance to let them know as there are no reservations at this establishment) if your staff is not capable of meeting basic expectations.

The first restaurant I walked into the tables was so clean and shiny ️not even a drop of water on them and the floor. That's always my problem with restaurants. Thank you

Been here many times and each time the service has been exceptional. The foods always delicious and fresh! Love their bread, appetizer wings and Wild West shrimp. The steak was tender and delicious also. Kid friendly also
