Longoria's BBQ reviews
17Food wasn’t fresh and the fries had too much rub seasoning on them and not fresh as well even though we ask for them to be extra crispy not going back
Combo plate with Barbocoa, Ribs and two sides. Very good and generous portions. This would be a repeat.
Edited:
Well 5 months later, repeat is even better. Ordered the Rib and Sliced Briaket. Very good. Same great place!
Great BBQ. French fries have their rub on it. The rub has a touch of sugar. The sausage burgers and brisket all made here. And if you just want something small, you must try their brisket CHILI. This is a great hole in the wall stop.
David Longoria is the owner of a long time family owned business past on by generations. 5 Stars+
Great place for delicious bbq! The green beans and pinto beans were also very tasty! Personal customer service and friendly environment.
HORRIBLE! Bought two sausage sandwiches that appeared to be very old and dry. Would never recommend this mess to anyone. Food was always excellent in the past but whoever is in ownership now should be ashamed. Will never ever go back again. Don't even deserve one star.
The $4 Fred’s sausage tortilla wrapped in beans, cheese, peppers stuffed inside a spilt brisket sausage is off the chain! The beans alone are killer. I’ll be going back tomorrow for sure
Loved the food. Always look for small, away from big cities, mom and pops restaurant. Those are the best to visit and also sight seeing around the area. Great food and great service. Very friendly. Highly recommend.
Hands down some of the best sliced angus beef I've had in my life and the sausage was a perfect balance of juice and smoke. Green beans, pintos, potato salad, and macaroni salad were also delicious. Great family owned bbq joint.
Ate here today with my wife. Just moved down from Cali. Some of the best chili i have ever had! Their sausage and ribs were amazing! I'll be coming back more often. The customer service was one of the best services ive ever received. They gave us samples to try and made us feel so welcome.
Decent. The meat was a little dry, needed more flavor, and was a little pricey. But, the amount of food was shocking. They gave me so much food that I could not finish it.
The sliced brisket had no smokey flavor at all, tasted like roast beef. Chopped brisket greasy and not smokey not like any barbecue I've ever had.would not go back
First time here. And have to say owner had me feeling very welcomed. Definetly on point with customer service. Offered free samples to help us choose. Tried the sausage and chili. Both very good. But I was there for the brisket. And it was wonderful. Thick sliced, moist, and flavorful. I will be back. Looking forward to trying out several items on the menu.
First time going today. The food was amazing and the they provided plenty of portions. Loved the different varieties of food. Will definitely go back if I return to the local area.
The friendliest place I have been for a while.when I first went in on a Saturday morning I told the young lady at the counter that it was my first time and would need a few minutes to look at the menu she was very nice and offered me a sample of the sausage which was the reason I had heard of them in the first place. (can not come up with word to describe how good this is) by far some of the best sausage I have ever had. And the chopped brisket was awesome.should definitely try this place definitely a lot of pride and family tradition going to it
This is a small hole in the wall spot that has some good food. Potato salad is premade but still good several places use same distributor. Pinto beans were nice and tender without distracting flavors. Ribs were fall off the bone and not fatty. Sausage is unique, they make it in house with brisket so it's lean and not greasy I really liked it. Brisket was very tender, was pulling it apart with just my fork, unfortunately it did not have any smoke flavor to it but it was still very flavorful. Sauce is lacking a little, it has a good flavor but it's thin and doesn't really go with the other flavors. Great price for what I received, I will definitely be back.
This place is worth a visit. They serve large portions for fair rates. Always well organized and with great vibes. Would recommend to others.
