Terrible customer service. We brought our sons iPad here after the charging port stopped working. They fixed it for a hefty $150, with warranty. 3 weeks after we got it back the charging port stopped working again. Obviously he shouldn’t be able to break it in 3 weeks when the previous one worked for 3 years. They refuse to warranty it and instead “discounted” to fix it for $90! The young girl argued with us over it tried to belittle us. They do not stand behind their work or the cheap products they use to fix your electronics!

I have used the services at Longview Tech Pros for many years. They have repaired or helped me with the software issues I didn’t understand on one or more occasion. Longview Tech Pros is fair, convenient and timely. You are always greeted with a smile:) If you have a problem with any technology, give them a call, you will be pleased!

This was a great experience. Tyler is a very nice, guy, and he definitely knew what he was doing.the price was absolutely reasonable. I had checked out another tech service's and their prices was to high for me!

Robert troubleshot a power supply circuit board for me, what impressed me was he would keep me updated on the status while working on it. He was very knowledgeable and reasonable priced!

They always provide great customer service and always have me walking out in about a hour.

I’m nearly 80 & not as tech savvy as young people. My friend connected my iPad to his WiFi to upgrade to IOS 16.5, but my device needed restoring. Took it to Tech Pros & in an hour or so had it done. Very pleased!

My iPhone stopped charging. Thinking I was going to have to have new parts or even a new phone, the rep took my phone and cleaned the port. Any business could have told me I need parts to make a sale, but he was honest and had me fixed up in less than 5 minutes. I recommend Longview Tech Pros and will use them for any future electronics issues.

Employee was very nice and very helpful to get my step sons ipad back working and at a very good price compared to others by 40 dollars

Amazing customer service. Every time I go to get my screen protector replaced I am greeted almost immediately by very kind, helpful employees.
Replacements and fixes are done quickly and well. The only issue I have had is a screen protector replacement that was too small for my phone. When I returned to let them know, the employee I spoke to let me know he could order a larger one in soon and would call me when it arrived.
I am overall very pleased with the experiences I have had with the Tech Pros.
