I LOVE THE STAFF AND DOCTOR LOPEZ THEY ARE CARING AND TAKE THE TIME THEY NEED FOR EACH PATIENT, THEY TREAT EVERY PATIENT WITH RESPECT AND GIVE YOU ALL THE TIME U NEED WITH THE DOCTOR. I KNOW WE HAVE APPT BUT WE GET ARE TIME WITH THE DOCTOR. I LOVE YOU THE STAFF AND DOCTOR GREAT JOB.
Being a registered nurse myself I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by the horrible service of this facility. Called to make an appt for my family and they refused to speak to me and said it had to be my husband who they then proceeded to hang up on. My husband gets treated badly every time he goes and now I have experienced it for myself, I have filed a complaint with The Health and Human Services Commission because this type of service should never be allowed in the healthcare community.
Worst customer service ever receptionist is always very rude and you have to call them many times cuz they never send the refills or when they send them they do it wrong they never want to help you with anything.
