I think this happened last yr as well around holidays. Usually they are fat, a bit greasy where they r freshly made and very tasty. Ummm not this time, disappointed. If at least taste would have been there, it would have been fine.

Tamales are very good. Dont expect a business with doors you ring the door bell and they are brought to you.
Hand Made and extremely fresh and very hot not machine made.
Like some major tamal chains.
But bring cash because Lopez tamales does not take American Express or other plastic cards/debit/credit cards they accept only Puro Dinero $ 10 dollars a dozen very well worth it

Did anyone else's tamales smell like cigarettes? Purchased after the Christmas rush. Smelled so bad, I threw them into the garbage. Disappointed. Not sure I'll go back.

First time buying from here. I ordered 2 dozen Chicken Tamales and they were deeeelicious. Should of gotten more.

Love her tamales. They are the best. We don’t live here anymore but anytime we come in from Austin, I make sure to place my order so I can bring some back with me. They are delicious. Fresh & made to order.

They were delicious and affordable and the woman who sold us them, was super kind. We definitely recommend this place if you are every craving delicious fresh hot tamales.

Found it very favorable amoung the people who trust food they love. Well known around the city and upper valley but this place makes great taste tamales in different category selection for better services need to call ahead and order this is wise to do so. Prices had gone up but the enjoyment of meeting this family and taking the ride for pick up you will know it will be worth your while. This tamales are flavored delicious good. Come on your own risk. Happy tamales eating.

They have really good tamales I really wish they had an established business with a nice location.the neighborhood looks really old
