These people are terrible. I had applied here on 12/03 called first thing in the morning on 12/05 to ask Jacklyn to withdraw my application which she confirmed. But then they still charged me $300! When I talked to her to see if they could help me with getting this refunded she said there was no way. How criminal!

Don’t believe what you read about the amenities. The pool is always closed and always dirty, the gym equipment is complete trash with most of it broken. What is the point of the pool tables when you can only use it during office hours? Management is rude and will close amenities like the washer and dryers without any notice. Also the parking is a complete mess and the gate to enter the community is hit or miss if it works. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.

Office staff is very unprofessional, unpleasant and rude. I’ve lived here for 3 years and with this new management and constantly raising prices and additional fees every month, cars being broken into, cars being towed is making me move out ASAP. Definitely not resining another lease. It seems like the office makes money for every car they allow to be towed out of here. I have seen tow truck drivers around here like vultures just waiting for someone to park in a space so they can tow them asap even if that person is carrying groceries upstairs or helping someone jumpstart another vehicle it’s absolutely ridiculous. I have had 2 vehicles stolen from the parking lot and believe that someone working for towing company is in on all the vehicles being stolen/broken into as I have seen them looking in back windows of vehicles and when confronted said they are checking for parking passes. There is absolutely no security or cameras even after hundreds of break ins to vehicles reported. But prices keep going up, the pool keeps getting nastier and no effort to even install a simple camera at the gate. Worse place I have ever lived.

I have lived here for 1 year. During that time I have had several issues. There were 3 shootings in the parking lot during the 1 year I lived here. And my uhaul truck was towed 2 times while moving out. The management staff is rude and act like the customer is beneath them. I will not move back to this apartment until management is replaced.

It’s been about a full month since over been gone and I can finally write this review. This is hands down the worst apartments I’ve stayed at. Since new management took over they had absolutely no control or care about the residents. Not only was I threatened by a tenants guest who was staying long term, my dog being attacked twice by the same dogs but my 5 year old also cut his foot on a beer bottle cap that was left in the pool. Not only were issues never resolved, in the end management and staff had no sense of urgency for anything. The front office had a high turnover rate and the one who stayed did not bother helping or had no information on anything. You can tell there was a lack of communication overall. Residents let their pets swim in the pool, other tenants are very loud especially at the pool. You can hear them even if your building away. Gates are always broken and the dog park fountain never works and the gates don’t shut right. Residents there also let there dogs roam around off the leash continuously and a lot of them were not nice. I would not recommend anyone to live here.

Parking is terrible for the cost of the "luxury" apartments. Parking is not sufficient to complex and you must park outside of gatss very far away from the buildings or your will be towed for not having a parking sticker. There are minimal signs telling you that. The tow truck patrols the lot

If you like the place, where the pool is closed about 50-60% of all time that is the perfect place for you. If you like your vehicle to be towed that is also perfect place for you. A couple of days ago, my friend visited me for one night. He came about 7pm and at 8am next day car was gone (towed). Generally speaking, this is the place not worth of any money.constant problems: pool, towed cars, a lot of doggy do. I would give them half of the star if I only could.

Love love love this place. New management has definitely stepped up and changed this place around. Staff has been so amazing and made my moving process nothing but easy. Love what you guys are doing to the place.keep it up!

I’m actually a resident here currently and my car was broken into. Window was smashed in and things were stolen. I’m not resigning my lease. The front office didn’t really seem to care either. After that they didn’t give me a parking pass for my rental car. Extremely inconvenient.

Don’t even bother coming to visit family here I was there visiting my brother for less than 5 hours and they towed my car saying I was parked in front of signs! Which no I was not! You call the front office and NOW they inform you that guest need to have a parking pass or they will get towed! Oh to put a little topper to that of you don’t have a pass you have to park outside the fence like there hasn’t been car break Ins the front office people are rude when it comes to trying to solve this issue! Don’t even bother with this place.

Take your money and run run fast! This used to be a great place with amazing customer service however it has gone down hill. They literally let anyone in now. Walls are paper this and you can hear everything. I have called the office multiple times to place noise complains in but they don't care. Of course it's not them who are being woken up at 2-4 in the morning by their neighbors yelling at each other at their top of their lungs! When i first moved here i was told the pools were open year round which was a huge plus now the pools are always close but a heads up in that change would have been nice. Not that you could even get in anymore since you can see the green gunk just floating on top of the water. My car has been broken into twice since i moved here and the gate are there for decoration since they have never worked since i moved here in September. I'm paying for a "luxury" apartment and honestly i think i would be more safe living in the projects. The new office staff is AWFUL and have zero intention of helping you when you walk in. Instead they make it seem like you're a true inconvinience to them. Maintence is none existant and if you like the smell of dog poop and constantly stepping in it this is the place for you. It was nice when you could sit on your balcony and enjoy some air now all i smell is dog poop.

I had really high hopes for this place. I went for a tour and was really impressed with everything. They told me they had availability for a unit or two for the time I was looking to move and have me the prices. I went online to fill out an application and the prices were different and none were available. I called and was told that they don’t have any and I asked when they might have one available and was told “I don’t know” and didn’t seem interested in helping or working with me. I then checked online a few days later and there were some available, yet the won’t email me back. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and inconsistency.

I went on an apartment tour with Ashley and she was very knowledgable on the area and the apartment complex. Ashley answered all of my questions and was super helpful.

After getting 2 bikes stolen (they were locked up with heavy bike chains) and my car broken into and management still refusing to invest in security cameras or a security detail for night time patrols, I can not recommend this place to live in. Not resigning my lease when it comes up.
