My torta was delicious. Coffee was a little weak. Staff is very friendly! Overall a good dining experiance!

Great food. Chorizo con papa burritos were made fast and they were delicious. I tried both types of chilaquelas, both were freshly made and both sauces taste very authentic, the green was incredibly flavorful and my fav one.
Adding to my post. Their Carne asada burritos are bomb!

A great restaurant with food that tastes like it was made by an abuelita. Combination plate was delicious, especially the red enchiladas. A great family-owned restaurant. Will definitely return and try the menudo.

Ordered a combination plate and it was good. The Chile Relleno was awesome. The picadillo taco was well seasoned and the green enchilada had home food taste. Recommend it

A walk up, order and sit experience. Ordered the menudo, flavor was mediocre but classic. Bread was used for the tortas as well, which was different as butter with Barbacoa was an experience in itself. Ordered a Chile relleno, egg was whisked just enough and the Chile was very nice on the taste buds. Had the sweetest man deliver the food to the table, so sweet. Coffee bar made it easy to get refills. Overall, I would again but more out of convenience, staff was so distant, I couldn’t tell you who took my order. Didn’t give me grandpas house vibes.

Went to eat for the first time and ordered burritos de barbacoa, I’m really picky with barbacoa I don’t like it with big chunks or little tubes, this barbacoa was good, in terms of flavor I give it a 9/10. Only tip I wanna give is to squeeze more the barbacoa because it had a lot of grease, making the burrito/tortilla soggy and everything came out of it when taking a bite, I stopped going to Crisostomo for that reason, they would give me burritos that weren’t even edible because of how much grease the barbacoa had. Not to mention you could be losing money because I would’ve order another burrito but I didn’t because I knew the grease would made me feel grossed out & I would’ve not even finished it. I hope this review gets noticed I really wanna have a good barbacoa place to eat, close to me. I would definitely be coming back for barbacoa and to try other stuff on the menu which I’m sure it’s also good!

Food is really good and the staff was friendly. We ordered carne asada tacos which were well seasoned. Another in the party had the asada torta, which was good. Another had the Chavo torta. All were well made.

The food was delicious. BUT the best part was the staff. The cashier Luisa was very friendly and welcoming. Will most definitely be coming back!

Food was excellent! I had the carne asada Torta and my wife had the Mexican plate and everything was delicious. I have picky eaters that give this place a very good rating on the flavor.

They serve breakfast all day so my kids don't have a problem getting pancakes for dinner so it's very convenient.
Cheesecake and Tiramisu were super!

The breakfast is amazing and the menudo bread is crazy good! The frijoles are the bomb definitely recommend the huevos rancheros

I’ve lived in horizon 28 years. Places have come and go but Abuelos Kitchen is here to stay! TRULY AUTHENTIC for anyone who desires the flavors of our people. Food is made from scratch and my family loved it.
