If I could rate 0 starts I would. Poor customer service. Misleading information about tickets and trips. The lady at front desk assigned me for the wrong date and overcharged me! I tried disputing them about that but did not achieve anything! Last time I came here the bus had roaches and was unclean! I could not sleep and rest in peace knowing there were insects crawling! The buses plugging charger does not work! I talked to the manager, “Juan” but he is careless about the situations that occur and he doesn’t show compassion for his clients needs and expectations! My last trip, my luggage was soaked wet due to a gallon they have inside the bus in case of the emergency! How terrible they ruined my clothes! But because of their unprofessional activities and attitudes, they have definitely lost loyal clients! Waste of time and money! Horrible personnel

The buses are old, the service is horrible, the staff isn't helpful, the drivers are hit/miss.

Horrible place wouldn’t recommend for anyone, they made me take down my luggage after telling me it was ok to take and the staff was just very rude and unprofessional.

We took the bus to Matehuala and it was a nice bus trip. Though using the bathroom on a moving bus is kinda hard and no water to wash hands, its what i expected on a bus lol. They also played movies in the bus until around 11pm-12am they turn it off so we can sleep. I'd say the bus can get a bit chilly so bring a blanket. It was a nice experience, would come here again.

The worst customer service. They always serve badly. And they also charge to cancel but don't inform you first.

They do not return the money when you do not reach the truck even 5 minutes late, the minimum money should be returned as pay for the next day but no.they keep everything from the ticket, you have to pay again to travel

I traveled in January, and during the journey from Laredo to Houston tx I lost some things if someone took them by accident or has them, contact me there came a pair of boots and documents and important things, those from the company did not help me They resolved nothing, what is the use of having them put a ticket and charge for it, if they don't check well, that's why things are lost

They don't care about the safety of their passengers. I think it's very bad of you knowing how dangerous it is in Mexico. There is no one in the offices at that arrival time, they close the gate and ask passengers to wait outside their facilities when it is still dark outside. I think they should let people wait inside while they find passage, as it exposes them to danger.

Restrooms get flooded after like 6 hours of use they don’t turn the AC on is hot in there no water or soap to wash your hands after restroom use they need to maintain customer service in these areas
