Solid and very delicious food. The entire staff is wonderful and welcoming. The food is spectacular. Highly recommend the barbacoa, corn tortillas and Lori's margaritas!

This is a go to favorite when I'm in town visiting friends. The service is always attentive. I have never had a bad dish. The fajitas are full of flavor. The lengua dish is my favorite. Don't get me started on the margaritas! Excellent balance of tequila, sweet & tart flavor.

I've been meaning to stop in for a while now, and I"m so glad I did! It was cozy, friendly, and delicious while still being affordable. I will definitely be coming back and telling everyone I know to come eat here!

Passing thru. Thought I would take a chance. It was awesome! Salsa is amazing. It’s a medium but with a unique flavor. Serrano peppers I think. Very delicious. Chimichanga was recommended by my server and was a hit. Lots of flavor. Everything was top notch. Server was friendly helpful. Restaurant was clean and well run. If you are looking for good food, this is the place!

Always a favorite anytime of day or night. Not your typical "Sysco" Mexican restaurant.

The staff was very nice and the service was really good, but the food is below average. The flautas de desebrada were very dry and had no salt. The Mexican steak had as much fat as it did steak. The steak was lacking flavor and salt. This is the second time at this place and probably the last.

This place is open early, the prices are reasonable, the drinks are good, and there are two patios. Basically perfect

Great place for good Mexican food. Hubby had lengua plate … said it was very good.

Food, service, DJ, drinks, cleanliness, were all amazing! We live in New Braunfels, daughters in Austin, this will be our meeting stop! Give it a 10!

Had some margaritas, pina colada and they were so good, I tried the woo woo shot and I will have to go back for more!

I have been looking for decent Menudo here in the San Marcos/Kyle area and have yet to find any. This past weekend I tried Los Vaqueros and was hopeful, but greatly disappointed.

We went there late morning and had the breakfast. Menudo is only served on the weekend. We started out by ordering breakfast and I had the Chicken Fried Steak. I ordered bacon with it, but they never brought it.

When I placed the breakfast order I asked for a large Menudo to go when I checked out. I had 2 servers and the younger one said that he would not remember to do that and needed to be reminded. Hmmm.not very professional.

The place itself was very chaotic and noisy. We sat outside in order to have some room and not be so crowded. That filled up fast as lunch approached. This place seems to do a brisk business.

I also ordered some Sopapillas to take with me as well.

In the end, the food was alright, nothing to brag about. The tortillas were flour and quite dry. The Sopapillas were dry as well and the longer they sat, the harder they got. The Menudo was quite bland. It had no meat in it other than a bunch of tripe. But the flavor was weak.

Would I go there again? Probably not. Why tax these people when they already have their hands full with not knowing what to do.

This was my second time there and this place just gets better with each visit. Friendly service and really good food. I like the migas and they were good.

Margarita are fabulous. I’ve order so many from other restaurants. And, this place is my number one. Also great food and staff are always amazing and friendly.

Service and food were great. I know I will order my egg rancheros with over well eggs, over medium resembled poached. Ha! Salsa and ranchero sauce were delicious. We will go back soon for lunch/ dinner.
